I ordered a drink for 5 dollars and it somehow totalled to 10 dollars, they must have tipped themselves and they didn't even put it on my app. I told them even about the 50% off and they didn't apply it when I showed them the deal and followed the terms and conditions. Unless you want to get scammed don't go here, there's better Dutch Bros places and small business coffee shops around Oregon that actually follow your order.

Terrible service, the girl at the window messed up my drink 3 times and end up yelling at us because she was having a hard time followinf the directions on her screen. The girl taking our order at the drive-thru was so snooty and arrogant, when we were explaining the order she literally gave us so much attituded. Not the regular dutch vibes were used to!

For the love of god please stop hiring males, anytime we come here especially at night and men are working it takes at least 45 minutes to get through the line. The girls are usually doing all the work, guiding them, or remaking drinks they messed up. Please.

Really awesome Oregon coffee place. The 2 staffs providing and making the coffee were super nice and infectiously cheerful. I had the oatmilk Annihilator and it was tasty.
My coffee mocha was warm. Should have come hot. I hate wasting my money.
