Elmer's is the few places in Roseburg that understands what breakfast and lunch is about.
Good food and service. Friendly staff for us seniors. We missed them when they moved. Better facilities now. We consider ourselves as regulars. Good handicap parking.

Wery well run restaurant, we are omeletter - hand rolled, superb! Service is quick, thoughtful, loved the great human connection. I highly recommend this place, certainly for breakfast!

Restaurantji Recommends
$25 per person (not including a tip) for diner style breakfast is insane. It's just not that fancy to justify the price. My chicken fried steak was tiny (about the size of a small burger patty) and about a tablespoon of gravy.
Ok that was the negative, here's the positive.
Everything tasted good. Well seasoned. Eggs were perfect. Coffee was fresh. The service was just right. Attentive but not overbearing. The place is remodeled and much cleaner overall than the Shari's that was there previously.
Would I go back? Probably not. Too expensive for what it is.

I am so amazed at how clean and warm the atmosphere is. The staff is friendly, fast, helpful. The food is terrific, hot and fresh. We're gonna make it a regular thing to come here.
