Happy hour is the best time to go, in my opinion. Food is good. Most of the staff are friendly. Parking decent considering it's downtown Roseburg.

We came here for dinner and drinks with friends and absolutely loved it. We all shared the pork belly bites as an app and then my husband got the Korean Board and upgraded it for two. The steak was phenomenal, tender and amazing flavor. The roasted veggies with it were super yummy. I also got a lychee martini which was SO good. Our friends loved their food as well. The waiter was very attentive, and gave us a perfect amount of time to talk and eat before bringing the next dish or checking on us. We had a great experience, and can’t wait to go back for another fantastic dinner!

We have eaten here four times. Each visit was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness of the restaurant, to the friendliness of the staff, the light and airy atmosphere, to the wonderful dishes. The Whole Fried snapper was an absolute hit but unfortunately that was removed from the menu due to supply issues. Crying shame! We are hoping this establishment stays true to their initial vision of a truly wonderful fusion restaurant with dishes that are unique and flavorful. We were saddened to hear that in place of the snapper, burgers and ribs were added to the menu. Really? This establishment has hit an absolute home run with their current and uniquely different menu but I think replacing unique and absolutely amazing dishes with burgers and ribs is an absolute disservice to the creativity and thought that went into this vision. We hope that more unique menu items aren’t replaced by the same old food you can get anywhere. We already have an Applebees! Stay different! Stay unique! Stay true to your initial vision!!!
Raw scallops and inedible garnishes in Salad. casually the most outrageous prices for what you get. Will not be recommending to anyone

We went here for date night and had the surf n turf special on Thursday. Unfortunately the lobster was small and they served the steak very rare and it was already cut, so it was cold by the time it got to our table. Weve had the surf n turf at their sister restaurant and it was much better there, we were disappointed the quality did not carry over and it was more expensive at this restaurant for the same dish and smaller portions. The place was overall chilly and the ambiance and decor didn't quite match the menu. The wine selection was very good and affordable. For the price, we simply expected a better dish. We might return to taste the other dishes but our first visit left us wanting more.

Service is horrible and the Surf-n-Turf (which is no longer $30/plate as advertised, but $35/plate) was not worth the hard-earned money that our daughter generously gave for the gift certificate to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We called a week in advance and requested a booth for two. We were told that we would have the "anniversary table, #6". FnB apparently lost the reservation and placed us at the very worst table in the entire restaurant where all the staff going to the kitchen rounded the corner and hit my chair on the way by. We were told that the booths are only for parties of 4. However, booths across from our table had couples and even as we were finishing up of which was not a very good meal, a couple came in to sit down right beside us and were offered a booth! The lobster is spiny and the tri-tip? was dry and tough. We were not given a dessert menu, just told what was offered, we were not informed about the cost of the "chocolate pudding". We were really excited about a new restraurant, this experience was disappointing and disgusting. Oh, the table wobbled all evening and my husband had to steady the table with both feet. We will never go back. For the pain and cost of this meal, we could have picked up 6 beautiful and thick ribeye steaks and really had a wonderful celebration.

We waited for what seemed like forever to get our food.
The share plates were barely enough for one person. They don’t even have a regular type menu. They said it’s more family style food. Yeah NO. The he mouse dessert was not even good enough to call it pudding!
I have been to their other restaurant and out of respect for that place I won’t link it to this. It’s not even close to the same quality.
We won’t be back.

Oh. Where to start. Waitress had not heard of either of our drinks, yet they were on their menu. Drinks were ok. Husband said his was light in flavor. I liked mine. We ordered 3 food items. Only 2 came and at that they arrived at seperate times. After 15 min we said forget about the 3rd. The scallops were lacking due to the excessive parsley garnish and no mango taste yet mango salsa was there. The yakisoba noodles with pork belly was flavorful but a tad undercooked for our liking and could have used more pork belly. We skipped the 3rd item after they forgot it and chose desert. Then they forgot about our desert. We have been waiting 15 min for cheesecake. Just slice and serve! The waitress even noticed it was taking a while. It was tasty but spendy! If we didn't have to use a gift certificate, we would have left. We will probably not he back.

The atmosphere at this establishment is upbeat and modern making it a perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail and dine on dishes that are refreshingly unique, tasty and exploding with flavor! The food is definitely at the top of what Roseburg has to offer and is easily the best restaurant in Douglas county by far. If you haven’t tried this place you are seriously missing out! Well done!

Been to FnB several times and will continue to return. Myself and two two girlfriends meet for lunch yesterday. Outstanding as always, spicy chicken sandwich for one, and salmon bowl for two of. Excellent drinks and large menu.
First time to FnB tonight with my husband. Would recommend 100%! Fantastic food and even better service. Jody was our server and accommodated our every request, gave great suggestions and is the franchise of this restaurant. The happy hour portions were perfection and the price matched the quality. We haven’t been big fans of Parrott House but this rivals and may even surpass Tru. We will be back….weekly if possible ! Worth the long drive from Glide into town for this deliciousness!
Great service. Food is very tasty. Colt is a upstanding guy. If you haven't eaten here give it a try.

FnB is a great addition to Roseburg. They bring a fanatics alternative to all the burger, pizza and mexican food that seems to be the over done food fair here.
The food is always fresh, inventive and fairly priced if you take time to see what food simular to what they off would cost in other areas. It is one of our go to restaurant
