When there's only one other person in the resturant...there's no excuse for terrible service. Customer service was extremely lackluster and the bacon on my BLT was burnt. Black crumbles that were as hard as a rock. Fries are soggy and flavorless. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be returning.

Very disappointing! I ordered a simple burger to go with grilled onions. As I have experienced orders not being right in the past, I just asked to verify it had onions. Instead of simply saying yes, the girl rudely said...I know how to do my job. This isn’t the first time...but definitely will be my last visit there.

Had a fantastic experience when passing through. Very clean place, pleasant employees and food was great as expected. Restaurant is like 20 seconds from I-5 , so very convenient.
Parking: Parking plenty on both sides of building.
Kid-friendliness: It is clean, bright and has outside tables as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have automatic doors.

When I was there with my aunt there was only one young lady that was doing the till and the grille for the first 10 minutes while the others were on break. She was great and food was great. It was a first for my aunt and she loved it

The french fries were very salty. And I like salt. The soda was very carbonated, not much syrup. The cashier acted like they would rather be fishing. NO greeting or thank you. The music was so loud i asked them if they could turn it down. And I like loud music. The employees had to yell at each other to each other.
Very disappointed. The burgers were decent, but just didn’t seem to live up to the overall quality that you’d expect from Five Guys. The fries were WAY too salty. I am a chef, and I like flavor. This was potatoes soaked in Sodium Chloride. YUCK! Literally inedible due to the ridiculously excessive amount of salt. So much that it almost had to be intentional. Place was clean, but the employees didn’t seem disciplined. If this were my business, I’d likely look to replace management. Another thing (not specific to this place, but regarding Five Guys in general), if you go through all of the trouble to achieve a higher standard of quality, get some REAL cheese. That’s one way to completely ruin an otherwise good burger. You bake all the bread in your own bakery, freshly prepare the fries, the meat, have fresh produce (except the mushrooms), then ruin it with Kraft Singles; disgusting.

Came to the place with one person waiting. A doordash order came in the worker chose to make his order first even though we had ordered 5 minutes before he came inside to pick it, then proceeded to watch her make another DoorDash order, and then maybe??? Still sitting here as I write this review, it’s been now 20 minutes since I placed my order. And the worker just called for backup. I understand short staffing, but scheduling people to work at appropriate times really helps with people not being frustrated with your under staffing. 3/10 experience

My boyfriend and I came to get food here today @5:30, order #62, We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a dry and a chocolate shake $30.15
The shake was more consistent of chocolate milk and nothing more, the fries are great but we actually got a Dixie cup of fries, there were no overflow of fries in the bag like it usually is.
Today was such a hot day but yet it was hotter inside with literally no air, I was sweating inside the place more than being outside.
My boyfriend and family visit frequently/monthly but today was just a huge disappointment and we will not be coming back for quite some time if we even do.
