Ordered a drink and did tap pay, with a cash tip $2 for one drink (simple), next day my total changes and they clearly added a virtual tip without my consent. Did not touch any buttons and was not asked to do a virtual tip hence why I left a two dollar tip. Won't be back, that was disappointing.

Honest Thoughts
So I went to the other Human bean and they messed our drinks up so bad I couldn’t even drink them. They were a completely different color than normal and tasted awful. I was heading this way so I figured why not ask if they could re make them for me and she had no problem. Made them extremely fast and was the nicest to us. 10/10 experience. If you’re seeing this ( the one working 5/5 at 10am thank you so much for remaking the drinks we appreciate your kindness!!

The server was friendly and made a beautiful frappe.Unfortunately the coffee tasted burnt and I simply had to throw the whole thing away. Disappointing.
