Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with nothing so much as a greeting. Went up to the window to order instead and no one would come to the window.

Staff was all smiles fast laughing.quick and made sure food was hot and sitting area was kept very clean
Kid-friendliness: Staff was very kid friendly good eye contact and included them while talking to parents too
I made a $40 order using their mobile app and our order was received missing both the chocolate shakes. When I called to let them know they forgot to deliver the shakes, they told me to call back in the morning. I said, that's it? just call back in the morning? You can't send my chocolate shakes? And the gal said, no I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. The food that did get delivered was cold. Very disappointed.
