I’ve been going to Java run for over eight years now. I’ve had at least five different experiences during this time where the employees were very rude to me after I asked them to remake drink orders that they got wrong. If you ask them to remake your drink because they got it wrong they will roll their eyes at you and be snarky toward you. Also, instead of simply remaking the drink, they will charge you the price for a full drink so basically they charge you extra for getting your drink wrong. I won’t ever be going here again. If you’re visiting this coffee shop for the first time then you have to pray that they don’t get your drink wrong because they will treat you like it’s all your fault and like you’re the biggest inconvenience.

Java has become one of my favs! BUT just 2 days ago after going consistently the last 2 years (green location) I was told there is two different stamp cards?
NEVER a have been told this and I buy 32oz drinks allllll the time. Apparently for large drinks there’s a different card?
Both cards say FREE drink..
Yet I was told I have to pay 75 cents for a large FREE drink. I’d definitely make it more aware and change your stamp cards to reflect what you’re saying. I mean you’d think a business would be happy your showing them business.. I’ve always thought free drink meant any size?

Stopped off for a quick caffeine boost on the way to the coast, and it was well worth the stop. I opted for the dirty spiced chia, and it is so smooth and full of flavor. Courtney helped us out today, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend.
We stopped again on the way back from the coast, and the coffee was still just as good. We also got a few snacks, the hummus, and the parfait. They said all the snacks were made in-house and everything was delicious.
