I have the KFC app and we had spent the whole day in the ER I were tired and exhausted and I had the app and Mom had paper coupons so I called before we got there to see which would be a better deal they said paper. It actually was more with the paper and instead of honoring the online price I was given which for four original chicken bowls was around $21.96. So, I explained the situation and wanted to know why I was told the paper would be cheaper because it was a lot more that I was quoted from the online app basically the kids that were running the show so to speak had no idea what they were doing and didn't honor the online price I had just received on the telephone. That, combined with insulation or something was off but the food was gross and I won't be going back so make sure to get it in writing before you go there because there was a significant difference; and instead of honoring it they just threw the heads up and said they didn't know how to fix it. It really shouldn't be rocket science. Just my honest experience and to watch out for that.

Called to talk to manager, she was very rude and hung up on me . I had told her after she said there is nothing she could do for me after I told her I was not driving back from myrtle creek to exchange two pieces of chicken for the right dinner box meal I ordered that they screwed up . I told her I just would like it if they trained their employees to do a better job this would not happen as often as I've had it happen . She did not like me voicing this and hung up on me . I guess the apple does not fall far from the tree if she is an example of the standards of their employees attitudes. I'll never frequent that KFC again . You lost a life time customer here today and I'll tell everyone I know in the area about this .

Just came in ordered a chicken sandwich I asked if they could try to make it extra crispy because usually this location lately they come soggy as heck. I'm go to KFC chicken sandwich guy but stopped ordering the sandwichs lately for that reason. I recently went out of town and ordered one and it was bomb ASF crispy yummy . Today I tried again here and they layered on the mayo made it soggy asf and I believe they gave me the smallest chicken peace they could find out if spite. Idk it's just sad I really used to be in this location daily for lunch for the sandwich. Sad the quality dropped so low I really do enjoy a good properly mad KFC chicken sandwich . I just through that slope out and called it a day.

A meal isnt complete without the sauce.Employee's of the roseburg location please take a few extra moment's to read the reciet and add the sauce to the bag. TIA a very sad sauceless customer 😭😭😭😭😭😭
We ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner and a couple extra sides. The chicken was so dry we could not consume it. Tried to call location but there was no answer. What a total waste of 60.00. And no way to make contact to inform workers their food is awful. There are pull times set in place for a reason.damn the biscuit are dry and hard as well. Last time . Looks like we’re having Dairy Queen tonight. If a manager or owner reads this I would like my money back.
