I went twice in one week to get my Dad a 3 wing original dinner, first visit roll was smashed, second visit wings were old and tuff. Very disappointed I use to ove KFC such a shame. The staff were great too bad the food isn't.

Short version: multiple employees not practicing safe food handling.The store appeared to have an abundance of workers. I had changed my mind about drive thru and went in to order which ended up being really good. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and there were few customers. I received my food quickly however watching the staff concerned me. Gloves weren't changed when they should have been by more than one staff and a lead. Staff leaning against food prep areas. I had a simple order and one side was taken down wrong, I pointed it out after pulling the item out of my bag to inspect. When they corrected my side they took the items that I had just touched with their gloved hands, took it back to the kitchen and prep area, put it away, then brought out the correct side. Definitely not practicing safe and proper food handling guidelines even with slow/no demand.For cost: the best pricing is the family meals especially ordering for more than 1 person.Parking: Around 15-20 spots total, towards the exit are 2-3 spots for pick up orders and an assumed waiting parking spot.

I will say I should have checked my order before leaving but the chic at the counter repeated the order as she handed me the or so I was sure it was there. Unfortunately it was not and was to far from home to return. How hard is it make sure the rite food is in the bag. I'm out almost 20$ because folks can't read. I thought I went to McDonald's for a minute.

I've ordered here on door dash 3 times. All hours before close. And ever time they cancel my order and then it takes days for me to get my money back. This most recent time I ordered 4 hours before close. Nowhere on there site does it say the they don't except deliverers at a specific time. Very frustrating.
