I must have had a preconceived idea in which a place serving primarily chicken,such as KFC, would have decent if not better chicken nuggets in comparison to a burger joint serving chicken nuggets. I was wrong. The size and taste of their nuggets was pitiful. Truly doesn't belong on even a 99 cent menu, but I paid 10.99 for the meal.

I remember going to KFC as a kid. It was a real treat then and while it's not as exciting, it is still more of real food and tasty. I've been here numerous times. KFC and Long John Silver are together in the same building so it makes everybody happy. This fast food place is clean, the staff is great and food is hot and good. That's the good. The one problem I have with KFC is the price. The cost has seriously gone up. I can make chicken at home. This is just a nice thing to get. The price will affect my going there. I recommend KFC but be sure to check out the menu ahead of time and get coupons. The coupons really help.

I haven't been to KFC for over 10 years. I was given coupons more than 12 years ago and decided it was time to use them. Never again!The chicken strips were over cooked and tough to chew. The coleslaw had a good flavor but way too much liquid. And the "mashed potatoes...." I don't know what they are made from but it's not potatoes. The color was gray and the consistency was like wallpaper paste. The gravy was good. But MyOhMy the PRICE! I know prices have gone up but OhMyGOSH!Service was quick and friendly but the food is terrible. As I wrote: Never again!

I don’t see why this place has so many bad reviews. I went through the drive through for KFC and ordered the $25 fill up back. The lady at the window was very nice and asked if I could pull around and park till it was done then brought my food out to me with a bunch of napkins. The only thing was I did wait 10 minutes, but all of my food was hot so I think it was worth it.

The girl working drive thru on 6/9/23 with green hair with clown makeup was very rude, poor customer service, and seems like she is mad at the world!! Not our fault you can't do your job!!

We placed our order at 5:55 pm and was told our order would be done in 7 minutes, 12 minutes later no order so I went to the counter and asked about our order and the guy was d*** founded at first and then 5 more minutes, mine you we were the only people here.

This location has a Long John Silvers too. I ordered 2 PC fish and 6 PC shrimp. When I received my order it was packed for take out not dine in and I received only 2 PC shrimp. They had to bring out 4pc to the table to me.

I ordered a sandwich for lunch sans pickles. I went to take a bite of said sandwich and it had pickles on it. Pleasantly I went inside to have the sandwich corrected. fast forward 25 minutes, I am sitting at my office desk about to devour this sandwich and its missing the cheese and bacon, the sandwich comes with both. I attempted twice to call the store to see what they could do to rectify the wrong item and no answer. I wasted 30 min. lunch break for ten dollar french fries... yay.This is the Harvard Location in Roseburg, Oregon

I remember why we quit eating there. The food was ok at best the service was the worst. I ordered the 8.99 meal and they charged me 10.99 for the combo but it's not on the menu. And they wouldn't fix it 3$ for a chicken leg. 4$ for a small side. No wonder nobody is ever there I understand that prices are going up but this place is way to expensive and the service was definitely below parr.
