Kowloon Restaurant

We just ate there on Friday and the food tasted awful. I think the oil needed to be changed. The server told us that the oil was changed every Friday evening. That is completely unacceptable. I used to love Kowloon, but I will never eat there again.

The food is to my liking and would eat there more often if I could afford it.

We used to love Kowloons, but man it went down hill bad! We ate there today and the food was awful! Egg rolls tasted sour! BBQ pork was beyond dry and white in color! The szechuan chow mein was dry, the chicken was also dry and the shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. It was also supposed to be spicy, but zero spice! The beef tasted funky in the beef and broccoli, too! Basically overcooked, tasteless crap! Ours was a to go order or I would have not paid for that!! We spent $80 to be thoroughly disappointed! Probably won't return!

Interior in need of an upgrade!

Nastiest food i’ve ever ate, sticky highchairs and if it doesn’t get any worse the lighting in there is horrible. We assumed they kept the bad lighting to so you couldn’t see the food. One plate was cold and undercooked the other plate was better but there was something funky about the beef. Best part was the server, nice lady. Also it $50.

First off it was our anniversary. There was no one there but us and another couple.the waitress was horrible. Forgot my tea.she acted like she was so busy.but all she did was visit with the other couple.food was disgustingit was. Cold ..tasted like it was old food.we will never go back

Place has the most disgusting carpet when you enter...it was dead and I see why ...ordered the mar chicken and fried rice both were not like I remembered when I lived in Roseburg...the gup is still great...lady was supper friendly...very sad the decay of this Roseburg favorite!

They are so kind and in are family it is a tradditon to go after fair and it is so good. My favorite place EVER!!!

It's not the food I remember as a child. Interior could use some remodeling and work. Waitress was very friendly and nice. Food was subpar.

Thank God their mar far chicken hasn't changed best ever but everything else was bland? I'll keep coming for the mar far chicken though.

I went with my mother and grandma for grandma's birthday. The rice and chow mein were rancid, the chicken was overcooked, the carpet was stained, and was not very inviting from outside. We almost didn't go in because it looks closed. I'm also not feeling well after eating

The Lunch special is a good bargain for Roseburg. Marfar chicken and pink sauce is a local legend.

I dont know how this place passes health inspections. Every time ive eaten their food something is always wrong with one or more of their dishes. You will be on the toilet for awhile after their food, and you'll regret it. The service is terrible. Place will be empty and it will take 40+ minutes to get your food. Owner is very rude and acts like it's your fault when they mess up a dish, which they always do. Dont bother asking to hold or add something to a dish because they wont do it. Atmosphere is dirty and grimey. The food itself is the worst chinese in Roseburg hands down. If you like a nice classy restaurant this isnt it. Kowloons is an old dirty restaurant and you know this from the moment you walk in just off of the smell alone. Only time i go here is in a group and someone in the group will choose it, which baffles me because the food is absolutely terrible. I've lived in many states and this is probably the one restaurant that confuses me the most because i dont understand how its still in business. I suppose the people that frequent this place probably have very low standards and dont know the difference in good food and bad food and will probably eat anything in front of them, which makes a lot of sense because the people around you in there look like overweight slobs who havent showered in weeks while they wear pajamas, flip flops and tank tops to a sit down restaurant. I would not recommend this place, there are many better in Roseburg
