Great food, quick, very good prices and so friendly!!
This is the only place in town I’ve found my idea of street tacos. I tried all the meats except chicken. They were all great. My favorite was the pastor. The price is also good too. Max is very nice and attentive as well. I will be going back more than is healthy.
the food is incredible! highly recommend!

Ordered a chimichanga and bit into this shard of glass… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Truck tacos are the best! Max's are stripped down to the most important stuff: meat and tortillas with onions and cilantro. At $2.50 each, they are a great deal if not haut cuisine. I'd like to try the meals. From what I've seen, they look really good. Try Max's and see for yourself!
I ordered street tacos and was unfortunately disappointed. It was extremely greasy, and didn't have much flavor. I had to over salsa them to get over the taste of grease. I'm unsure of how many corn tortillas is the correct amount, but I've never received street tacos that didn't have a second tortilla wrapped with the taco until now. With the addition of the grease, I was basically eating a taco salad at that point. Maybe I'll give them a second shot in the future. As I don't live in the area.
Consistently good food, very fun and friendly environment, worth the hype!
WOW! Why did it take me so long to stop and eat here! The whole family just ate there ON the bus, which made this an extra fun adventure for the little ones. And the cook (maybe Max?) engaged the 1.5 yr old in a fun way.
Got the pork carnitas burrito. At $7 I'd say it's very reasonably priced. However, it continues the trend of Oregon burritos being 70% rice. The burritos I'm used to from Chicago and Texas don't have rice at all. Just a preference, can't fault the food truck, was still a great burrito.

Tried the carnitas and asada burritos, both were delicious. Tacos are generous with the portion of meat. We will definitely be going back.
Great food and Max is so nice…hope he stays at the Grocery outlet cuz I will be having lunch there next week.
Fast & friendly service - not to mention great tacos! ? ?
Really enjoyed the tacos and nachos! Very speedy!
Max has the best burritos in town!
