I was at the McDonald's on Garden Valley in Roseburg, OR. I was picking up breakfast for my husband when I realized I lost my debit card. Last time I used it, it was at the same location few weeks prior. I asked the staff if they had seen my debit card. The staff was super busy, but very respectful. They took the time to check and the manager on duty (forgot his name) checked my ID and returned my card. I was so grateful and happy. I thanked them all in helping me. All of them deserve praise. Lots of thanks to the staff and the manager.

Going home from a late football game. We wanted to get food quick and easy, we had burnt buns and the fries were stale, there was no onion on the burger, and the food was cold. The manager fellow with a pony tail had us pull over in the front to wait for cold and stale food, that was not made properly.
It took forever to give me my food and there was no one in the restaurant

It's McDonald's Boooooo. The only thing good there is breakfast and even then that's only as good as your hunger alowes. Honestly I wish they would roll back their prices for such little amount of food.

On my road trip, I stop at McDonald's for a drink and 4 frys. Actually stopped at various ones and its pretty much the same experience, but rhis one was the longest wait. 10 minutes in the parking lot. Everytime they send me to park out front and wait for my food to be brought out to me. While others are able to get their food and go. Not sure why keeping the appearance of a fast drive thru service is more important than actually following thru with that status. Young lady made it clear that they make food to order past a certain time and move the drive thru to the parking lot so not to ruin their times. This must be a things at all places. I won't be stopping again. Drive thru is meant to be convenient
So 511 Garden valley Roseburg, On Dec 09,10,&11,2024,reviews, at lunch A Veteran comes out of McDonald's very angry yelling across the parking lot between The spanish restaurant and McDonalds, this place belittled him promises he isnt never coming back that McDonalds isnt what it used to be, as he ask if they honored his V A card for a discount, they laughed and said to him no we dont honor veterans at this place. He left without buying anything. Pissed and on the 9th & 10 th someone has been sleeping in the disabled restroom stall with a large dog. Both sleeping on the floor. Made a complant . And they left her in there. I couldn't change my attends at my super time. 2 nites n a row. Her and her dog asleep on the floor. Then a drunk couple ask for money, I put change on the table.the drunk homeless guy. Hit me in the back of the head with the coins that I gave them. And the girls working here did nothing about it. Every person who came into this place, they ask them for money. The girls working did nothing. This place gets a negative 10 in mine and the veterans reviews. My friend. This place is useless.🤪😜💩
