Garden Valley location. This is the worst McDonald's ever. The fries were soggy and not cooked right. The employees are very rude and with attitude. I can't believe corporate co- signs on this franchise. McDonald's on Garden Hwy is not customer friendly. The food tasted funny, not quality controlled at all. They really and most surely suck. The other McDonald's in town is fantastic. The one on Stewart prky. is now my only McDonald's in town from today on.

Went through the drive thru asked for no salt on meat and not only was extra salt on the meat but it had been sitting long past its cook date i was parked for bout 15min and the nuggets weree flat hard as rocks full of grease and no sauce so because of the time i sat in parking lot and tried to choke down the horribke food i went to get a refill in the dirty lobby and the manager told me i owed 2.98 for my refill because i didnt eat in the lobby but the parking lot and coukdnt even eat the food cause if how disgusting it was as far as i know mcdonalds still has refills and when i called bout getting extra salt on the meat when it clearly says no salt they refused to take my name to fix there screw up as much money as i spend a wk there will no longer happen and my family will no longer be eating here ill be sure to have the health dept come check there cleaning practice cause the lobby was so unsanitary

Food is subpar, cold, cold fries and super with lettuce on the McChicken.
Service is nominal at best. I eat here when I'm in court in Roseburg between cases and the music is so loud that even with earplugs, I hear the staff gossipping, and the abundance of teens hanging out makes it impossible to get any work done. Honestly, I only keep returning because of the reliable internet.

The only thing that keeps me coming back is the french fries and the sausage and egg McMuffin. Prices are outrageous. Most of the time the food is not consistent.
Cashier wasn't friendly we used the kiaos and ordered our food had to reorder at the counter. Tables were dirty and water on the floor.no help to clean up i was given napkins was with a disabled person and didn't want them to fall, cleaned it up myself

I waited way after they gave my food for my shake and I had to bring up to the kid working the front counter twice that I was still waiting on my shake and when they finally brought it out it was the wrong one I didn’t even argue I just walked out disappointed I’ve never had a bad experience at this location till today but I think for now on ima go somewhere else

I went to go get some McDonald’s and waited in the drive-through I even asked if they were closed but the sign was on and I could see an employee hiding. They pretended they were closed so they didn’t have to serve me. I ended up going home and doordashing the meal. Very unprofessional.
