I was at the McDonald's on Garden Valley in Roseburg, OR. I was picking up breakfast for my husband when I realized I lost my debit card. Last time I used it, it was at the same location few weeks prior. I asked the staff if they had seen my debit card. The staff was super busy, but very respectful. They took the time to check and the manager on duty (forgot his name) checked my ID and returned my card. I was so grateful and happy. I thanked them all in helping me....

When using the kiosk I don't need anyone helping me. I was approached by an emplyee that insisted she had to do it for me. If I wanted.her to do my order I would have gone to the counter. I like to take.my time to order and order it the way I like it. I don't need to boost their time numbers. I will not be returning to this location. Didn't order and left. purchased food at Taco Bell.

Our food was tasty, our order correct, service was good as well. Everything went smoothly until a man high on drugs passed out on his table. The staff was observant and swift to try waking him and asking him to leave without causing a scene.
