I keep forgetting not to go to this McDonald’s because they burn their buns so bad to the point it’s almost not edible because it’s hard. This has happened to me every-time like clockwork maybe I’m just unlucky

Burned mccrispy. Inedible. Asked for lettuce instead of pickles. Chicken had the taste of pickles because they obviously had them pre-made with pickles. One employee did nearly all of the work while the others seemed clueless

You can not order unless you use a kiosk. An employee, not one with any type of personality, will come order from the kiosk for you. ..then take you up to the register to pay. So.....she walks you from her register to the kiosk and back to the register....instead of simply taking your order...you know like the good old days! The manager was indifferent about us " old people" needing to get used to it because "everything is going to be that way before you know it." The tables in the lobby were dirty, and there was no outside seating. Looks like no more McCrappy for me!

I hate these self help kiosks but i put on my big girl panties and it was still a mess. Something about table # that i didn't get but had to enter to proceed so I faked it. Was able to pay cash. Coffee good buy gummy sausage mcmuffin
