I went through your drive-thru and you have them back but no ice you know it's just putting it in a cup with ice in it... is it really that hard to do??? Stoped by for McDouble meals and I gotta say tonight’s food The fries and nuggets were cold The burgers had some of the most stale hard buns I’ve ever had at this or really any location.
I ordered 2 of the McDouble $5 meals The tea was good at least.

Gotta order food on touch screens with poop from others fingers. Just saying who knows what risks you are taking . Bring back the old way with a human to take orders.

Waited 15 minutes to order after being asked to hold just a second two times. Order was correct. Asked to park in spot #2, car ahead of me was in spot #1. Both orders came out at same time by one employee. Food was barely warm. Good thing my hotel room had a microwave. I'll be skipping my favorite breakfast sandwich from this location tomorrow.

Normally they are great. Today they don't even deserve a star. Everything was nasty, the employees are running around acting akwardly offensive. Tables are all dirty and the ones washed have dirty water streaks all over them. Whoever is managing the place needs to really get their shit together. The employees seem to be standing around talking instead of getting the place in order. Going to a new branch from now on.
