Very disappointing for cleanliness. We had to ask to have our table cleaned off. There was food and garbage on the floor snd the garbage reciprocal in our area was overflowing.

We ordered prince meals. Mine the Big Mac and hers the nuggets. Her nuggets were fine and the fries were great, but my Big Mac had ALL of the sauce in one section of the burger. The burger fell apart as soon as I tried to take a bite. (This is why I docked it a star for food) will try again soon to see if it is an ongoing issue.

When they went to call my number up they didn’t say it out loud and js places my food down so didn’t even know it was there an by the time i got my food it was all cold

We decided to dine inside and we waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our order/even acknowledge us. Multiple employees walked by and avoided eye contact. After ordering it was almost 30 minutes till our food came out and it was cold.

They did not give me my buy 1 get 1 for a dollar item and then tried to charge me full price to get it . Said it’s still the same price . I mean just say you didn’t ring it in right .

Was in the lobby yesterday and heard a manager tell a pregnant employee that she COULDN'T PUMP and couldn't use the bathroom and had a major attitude about giving legal breaks. I will be calling BOLI and a couple other places in the morning. If management doesnt want to follow basic state law then I will force them to. Absolutely sick. Management needs to be fired or at tge very least RETRAINED.

I walked in because of previous messups at drive thru. There was a line to the door, one cashier and she was also running food to tables. The back end was full of people and it was chaos. I got a breakfast sandwich, brown, lrg coffee. They gave me my food but no coffee. So I waited with two other guys that were waiting for stuff they forgot. They were waiting before me. I got my coffee before they did. I grabbed my food and left. I started to eat and realized I got my breakfast sandwiche but no hash brown. I paid 3 times what it cost just a few years ago. I will eat else where from now on. Ridiculous.

My husband and I both ordered fish sandwiches for the first time in many years. We don't normally eat at McDonald's but were traveling, hungry, and close to a McDonald's. The sandwiches were very good, just not as large as they used to be. The tables were clean as were the restrooms and the service was very good. We actually wanted to order breakfast and arrived at 10:45 AM but were informed that they don't serve breakfast anymore which was disappointing.
