everything typical you would expect from a mcdonalds, honestly the food seemed to have better quailty, if you are near this mcdonalds i would recommend stopping by for a burger 😃

About a block away I drove past a billboard advertising slushies and I really wanted to try the lemonade but when I tried ordering the female that waited on me was extremely rude. Said they didn't have it and I said well you must because it's advertised just down the street which is what pulled me in as a customer. I was extremely disappointed but ordered something else even though I probably should have just left because of the rude service. They probably should hire people who really want to work there. People who are great with customers because she seemed like she hated her job and the customers. Very bad experience. Sadly I won't be ever returning.

Yikes. Went in with low expectations given other reviews, and we were still disappointed. Order for 5, all 5 drinks were left off, nobody got sauces, happy meals were dumped together (food actually upside down and dumped out), one with only a few fries, wrong toy given. I would say it was somewhat excusable if it came really fast, but it didn't. And it looked like whoever was in charge of drinks and sauces wasn't giving them to anyone. Even more delightful, the playplace wasn't getting any airflow. There were giant vents up above, but nothing.

My sounds nuggets were spicy and they charged extra . 55 for chocolate milk or . 95 for lemonade!!
I had 6 med fries and they were no even warm, just not cold and they were soggy. They're never cold.

Josie, the one that did our order was the only thing good about this place. She did her job well. The management There was so incredibly rude to her while she doing her job. Snagging things out of her hands while she was trying to do something and they just yell at their crew, and there are no name badges. On anybody, but our food was disgusting. My biscuit was so hard I even had my husband try it and yeah, he could hardly get through it, not impressed with the the work environment for the people that work there.but impressed with Josie as she was able to maintain herself during the time of being just so disrespected. .How horrible for anybody to have to work in that kind of environment? GOOD JOB JOSIE AND THANKS FOR KEEPING A SMIEL ON YOUR FACE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

The weekend management is really lacking organization of any sort. I went thru drive thru and every meal had overcooked fries. So I walked in to have them replaced, took 5 minutes for someone to help me with no one in line. When I asked about the fries I was told their oil was dirty and that would cause the fries to be the way they were. They then said they would make fresh fries. They did so, but let them cook 1-2 minutes past when I could see the alarm going off to pull them out. So fries were way overcooked again. When the manger brought me the burnt fries she said it was the oil again. When I said I saw the alarm going off for 1-2 minutes, she replied with i can cook them again "do you want to wait longer" in a short manner. Also while I waited I watched 3 orders come back in for mistakes. This is usually a great McDonald's, I really regret driving all the way across town to go to this McDonald's in particular. All being said they are lacking organizations on the weekend.
