At the new prices, you'd expect the breakfast to be at least somewhat fresh. Ended up taking the meat and egg out of the biscuit because it was too hard to eat it. And after saying twice NO CHEESE, everything had cheese on it. From now on, I don't care how busy I am, Ill cook at home or pull into a store and get something to eat.

I am giving ratings based on other McDonald's because I haven't been inside this one yet. The parking lot is almost as bad as trying to get across the freeway. I can't believe the management allows drivers to come off the street in excess of 25 to 30 mph. I've even seen a few people do even faster. My advice is to get a security officer and refuse them service.

Used mobile app and i apologized several times because I was having difficulty with the app. Everyone was wonderful until the manager Nina opened the window and gave me an immediate uncomfortable grunt and all but threw my food to me. I waited for the remaining large coffee I ordered, and she (Nina) opened the window and aggressively wanted to know what else I needed. I asked for my last coffee and she said I didn't have a 2nd cup, so I provided my receipt. After slamming the window, she reappeared with a half full large coffee,and slammed the window. I waited and then when she reopened the window I asked her to please fill the cup. She stormed off and manager Andrew opened the window, apologized, and professionally poured a full cup. Andrew apologized again and said a few pleasantries, and made me feel sincerely welcome and that he understood what just happened. Andrew gets an A+, Nina should get mop duty.

Used my points to get a Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese and when I bit into it, the patty was almost completely raw. They replaced it and I don't think they even spit in the replacement burger! So that was really nice...

Went in to get a happy meal toy and was told they werent allowed even though i've done it many times before with no issue and I went to the other locations and got one with no issue. Lady there wasn't even dressed as an employee and had an angry face, she didnt have her hair pulled back properly either. It was just a basic low ponytail. Also ordered a mcChicken and ended up tossing it because it looked old and gross.

Went through drive thru for large fries and chocolate shake for my son and his friend. Once again, shake machine was"down". The "shake machine" at this location is almost always "down"!!!!
