Food is good, but apperently no one can count or give ranch at all. Its pretty bad when you order a large pizza, fries, and quite a few extra ranches because amount of food and people eating it. Consistently only get zero or one little thing of ranch, even if we pay for 5-10. At a 1.50 each, thats like stealing over 10$ and this has happened multiple times.

Pizza was super greasy and pretty pricey for what seemed like a papa Murphy's type pizza.. I'd honestly spend the little bit more and go to OLD SOUL. Everything is freshly made and the atmosphere is one of a kindKid-friendliness: They have a little arcade and high chairs

ALWAYS THE BEST EVER. ONLY TIME I WAS ? Ws when the girl turns my pizza on its side. Even with that surprise shock as to what she did was awesome still. Love them and we order often.

My pizza dough was raw in the middle. We asked for no tomatoes and it had tomatoes. The kids working there are polite. Nothing exceptional here not worth coming back.

We arrived at 12:45am and purchased two buffets with sodas. The salad bar, and pizza bar were well stocked when we went to get our food, but when the pizza ran out shortly after, it was refilled five minutes later with only one pizza which was gone in less than a minute, so we decided to wait for more to come out, but after fifteen minutes no more were put out, and there were probably fifteen or more people waiting for more pizza. We gave up, and left. We also had to clean dirty plates off of a table to eat at, which was one of many tables that had not been cleaned, and not a single table was cleaned through the thirty minutes we were there. We also noticed several people coming back for refills, (before the pizza was gone) re-using their dirty plates, and none of the staff challenged them on that. In Oregon you cannot re-use a dirty plate at a buffet. The salad bar is very good, but the pizza is only so-so. If that is the normal type of service there, we see no reason to return.
This is a hard one. We love those food and enjoy going there usually we eat in and have never had any issues well today we got a medium pizza,JoJo's and mozzarella sticks. When asked what sauce we wanted we asked for ranch. We got 4 very small cups half full. When I asked to buy more. We were told 1$ per lil cup probably half full as well . We have never had that issue with Abby's. To be fair we asked for a total of 8 cups.

I hesitated writing this review, but I feel like I'm doing a public service, so take it with a grain of salt.I went at 12:25, which is THE working man's lunch hour.I had heard the pizza is very good, which is why it was disheartening to get the buffet and see it down to a slice of cheese pizza. I know they will eventually bring more out, but that took 10 minutes.The amount of men stampeding the new pizza as soon as it came out, with dirty plates in tow(with uneaten pizza still on them)to get their heaping serving was incredulous. It's no wonder the staff hides in the back after dropping it off, because even a seasoned army chow hall veteran like me was stunned into silence for fear of retribution. Additionally, during this testosterone fueled feeding frenzy, a man walked in off the street, grabbed a plate, got his plate of pizza and sat down to eat without paying. No employee was in the front of the store to stop this madness. For the price of a $9 buffet, you too can participate in this unbelievable circus atmosphere. My best advice is wait until after 1 pm, there's better odds of decency, normalcy, and a slice of pizza. I will be ordering pizza delivery in the future because it's that good, and I hope your future buffet visit is better than mine.(And don't put a lamenting reply and tell me "please don't hesitate to fill out the conduct form available on our website". You know you have a problem with people reusing food plates on the salad bar, just fix it before an Oregon health inspector fixes it for you in an unpleasant way.)

Stopped by here on my way up north and this was a nice and clean restaurant for the family and more importantly, the pizza was fresh and cooked perfectly. Will certainly come visit again if I’m in passing through Roseburg and craving pizza.

Honestly, the worst pizza I've had. It was delivered so can only comment of the food. I grew up in Mid-Hudson Valley NY, probably the best I've had was a little shop in New Haven Connecticut, Lombardi's in Little Italy in Manhattan and Subway in Walden, NY (been gone for years now). Try Ole Soul Pizza, wood fired hand built pizza in Roseburg. Great selection of microbrews too! Good luck. :-)
