I am amending me earlier review following another visit. Although busy with the lunch rush, staff were pleasant and patient with me as I ordered today. Much better experience!Second time I’ve experienced being completely ignored by staff here. I was the only person at the counter. Four employees were facing me talked among themselves completely ignoring me, not even acknowledging I was there. Of course they were not happy when I asked that they interrupt their conversation to help a customer. Toxic!

We came in at 9:30 and they told us they wouldn't be cooking anything else "this is what we have we won't be cooking anything else" Even tho it closes at 10!

They are changing company policy on their teriyaki sauce.Manager made some while we waited.
Waste of money spent $14.50 and it was cold I got a bigger plate disappointed and grossed out the beef was like canned dog food the broccoli was hard and there was only two pieces of the nasty beef but still only two pieces? I expect at least 5 when I get broccoli beef. And the shrimp was cold and they gave me very small things of sweet and sour chicken. Like the burned pieces no meat just the bread part. Very disgusting ? never again

I don't usually take the time to post reviews these days, but was especially impressed with the service recently.I placed an order of 24 plates to go on Super Bowl Sunday. In past years, the large orders seemed to have overwhelmed the workers a bit, but they were totally on top of it. They had the food ready and bagged early, and we're very helpful from the moment we walked in. Heard 0 complaints about food from a predominantly Middle School aged crowd, which is slightly miraculous. I have purchased Panda at this particular location on many occasions with very few, minor issues. I'm glad to have the great service and quality that we do at our local Panda.P.S. If you haven't tried honey sesame chicken, you are missing out.
