My order was ready when I arrived. They let me know they had made a mistake and made one of my pizzas a size larger than what I ordered, then tried to refund me money. It was a pleasant suprise, but I did not accept the refund but gave it to them as a tip. Most places would have tried charging for the larger size, or remade it. It was much appreciated and came in handy when I arrived at home and had 3 extra people there!

Pizza is so good but the service sucks! Tried placing an order over the phone and every coupon I gave the male said he “believes” it’s only an online coupon. I then asked “you believe?” And he said “yes I haven’t tried that one before so I believe it’s online only.” It’s kind of sad how little workers want to initiate conversation or give any help to customers anymore and just gesture to doing it online. He didn’t even try or seem to want to help. I love the pizza but service just sucks nowadays everywhere.
