there pizzas used to b so good now the pepperoni is so thin and the sausage is not the big chunks it's tiny little pieces u can't even taste it I ask why they changed it he said it's more cost effective don't think I'll be buying pizzas form there anymore sad

how in the holy hell are you still in business? $23 for a *medium* gluten free pizza with only 3 toppings?!?!?! I'm taking my money to MOD for a *medium* gluten free pizza with UNLIMITED toppings for less than $15. GTFO 🤬

The oven safe tray tried to burn my house down! Oven was at the correct temperature with timer set. Very disappointed and now don’t have dinner to feed my children. Papa Murphy ruined family pizza and movie night!

Papa Murphy's rewards their members on their birthday with "any free pizza under $16". So I picked Papa's Favorite at $14, and a message came up, "Your Reward could not be applied. Please add a non-Special item (including any free item) to your cart to use your Reward and ensure you have met any cart minimum." It doesn't say "Specialty Pizza", which Papa's Favorite is. It uses the word "special" and there's no explanation for what "special" is. Also, there's nothing that explains "any cart minimum". Just another example of the wrong employees doing IT. I’m not going to spend an hour searching for how to finesse the website into coughing up my freebee - too much trouble to go through for a $14 pizza. I won't be getting a birthday reward next year because I will never go to Papa Murphy's again.

Ordered a pizza from them yesterday and was surprised to find less than a tablespoon of bell peppers, and 11 olive slices for a family sized pizza, also there were patches of the pizza where the dough underneath was showing through.

I know food and labor prices are crazy, but shrinkflation is just dishonest. Speaking personally I would prefer to pay an increased price and get the same amount of ingredients we're used to.

If I could give customers some advice I would encourage you to check your pizzas before you leave to make sure that all of the ingredients you ordered are present.

Well for starters you could teach your employees to listen to the order/read the order. The app. stinks. Employees never answer the phone. Today the order was wrong. I ordered a Papa's special in a size 14-in. She made a 16-in which I don't like because it is too large and I end up having to throw it out because it doesn't get eaten. The last three times I placed an order, I brought it home and baked it according to instructions. It didn't thoroughly bake and was raw. I prefer the standard crust and on my last order the crust was too thick and it didn't bake in the proper amount of time. I had to put it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Today was the final straw. The crust had been folded in an area and the sauce and everything put over the top. You couldn't see that the crust had been folded until removing it from the pan and slicing it. It was raw. Another issue is when I place an order for a drink they always seem to be out of that particular drink. I have to be reimbursed for my $3.50 measley cents. I loved Papa Murphy's Pizza, but can no longer tolerate the inconsiderations. Thank you very much and goodbye.
