It’s a local home town diner. The kind of place where the waitresses have been there 30 years yet still love their job and are sweet and welcoming. The food is good. I had the Turkey BLT and my had the 6 oz steak. We also each had a piece of pie (coconut cream and their local berry).The only reason it’s 4 instead of 5 stars is it’s on the pricey side. After 20% tip, it was $58 for the 2 of us!! $48 and change before tip.Will go back again but won’t be often due to the price.

Company doesn't pay hired contractors after jobs completed. We where told they are on a 45 day pay schedule which we agreed to before performing the work however we are now at 8 months after completion of work. I have called & emailed almost daily with no response or being told no one's in to help and just to leave a vm and I'll be called back.

Service was fabulous, Miss Mary is a sweetheart.My Chicken Fried Steak was cheap, frozen 2 small deep fried pucks, rice pilaf wasn't pilaf at all, the broccoli cheese ??? was barely edible at all and all that garbage for $15.49, won't do that again. My son got a burger and the meat patties were too big for the bun so it was a big sloppy mess. Fish n chips was ok and so were the chicken strips, just ok.Could've spent the $90 that I dropped on a better meal.Not to mention the man and woman who were staring at us while they were all over each other in a very gross kind of way.

Waited over an hour for our breakfast only to get undercooked eggs and the waffle was burnt and hard. The waitress never came to check on us or to fill our coffee. Very poor experience. The waitress was rude and snotty and when she grabbed our check she took it with pissyness. I’m don’t going to this restaurant time to find a new one. Also the food made me sick and I was never off the toilet.

This place is amazing please stop if ur ever near I'm telling you you all will leave so satisfied the food is amazing their pies are delicious my favorite is to buy the whole pie after food go home with vanilla ice cream and their famous Dutch apple pie and the family and I enjoy our treat and best of all great prices on everything:) thank you Shari'sParking: Parking up close in the middle and on outer part of parking lot witch is where u can find shadeKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with coloring activities my kids love em and we go there quite a bit

To say I'm disappointed is an undersatment..... my family and I have eaten at many of the Shari restaurants over the years so I was excited to find out they had one in roseburg. After a long drive my family and I were so very hungry so we decided to stop in for dinner. The staff was friendly but the food we were served was a disgrace. First of all it all tasted burnt even though it wasn't. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries(added cheese and bacon) my mom got breakfast and my brother had the chicken strip basket.The burger was just plain nasty....I ordered it plain and it tasted strongly of burnt onions and no other seasoning, the patty was falling apart and so dry. The bun was way smaller then the burger as well. I couldn't even get through half of it.....I only received a handful of fries as well maybe 10 fries at most.My brother ordered the chicken strip basket and was given 3 tiny chicken tenders and a small handful of fries a well.My mom ordered breakfast and was given 1 slice of toast (not 2 like most places) a small amount of hashbrowns and burnt tasting bacon. She also got milk with it which apparently costs $4.50 just for a small glass of milk....Worst $60 I have ever spent at a restaurant definitely will not be returning....

Mac and cheese had no cheese, country fried steak had hardly any gravy and tasted like cardboard. The 2nd time in as many months that we've eaten there probably won't be back for a while unless ordering pies!!! Pies are the only thing decent!!!
