No matter how good the deal is you should never try to drink a large milkshake by yourself. It was half price on milkshakes and I thought, "Wow! For 50¢ more I can get a large." Bad idea. These are good thick milkshakes. Trying to use a straw is laughable. No spoon included. So I take the lid off and go at it. Pink ice cream all over my beard. This is like a 32 oz cup. It's like trying to drink a half gallon tub of ice cream. I get about halfway through and my body is telling me to stop. The dairy is overwhelming. 40° outside and I'm having milk-sweats. But I'm getting flashbacks of childhood shaming of not finishing what I've ordered. Eventually, I admitted defeat and threw a LOT of the milkshake away. I was uncomfortably full for the rest of the day.

I would have given it 5 ⭐ but... I ordered a head on the app, selected to stall number I parked in. Then waited about 15 minutes after it said I would be getting my order, I had to push the button to find out why I had not gotten my food yet. Then they brought me the wrong item, it took about 30 or so minutes from the time I completed my order to the time I actually received my food. I know they had it sitting inside waiting because the cheese inside the cheese sticks had re-hardened, other then that I would say push the button if you don't want to wait forever to get your stuff.

There were 8 cars in the drive through in front of me. I was in line only 20 minutes. Food fresh and staff very friendly.

They are incredibly slow!!! I mean to wait 40 plus minutes for any fast food is ridiculous, and there is absolutely no excuse for such poor service. This is EVERY TIME we go, btw

0 stars. I ordered 2 cherry limeades at 9:10pm on 7/5/24 and they were handed to me at 10:08pm after checking in with them a second time. Worst experience I've had there. It's never been good but this was bad. They don't have it figured out. They might need new management to get things moving. Do they just not care?

I love Sonic! So sorry to have to say, Went to get half priced shakes, had triuble with the app, went to the employee door to ask a question just in time to watch an employee reach into the food prep station with his bare hand and put it in his mouth. Was thoroughly disgusted. I hate giving bad reviews but myself nor the folks I was with will be returning to this location.
