The two sandwich artists that provided an excellent sandwich experience were top notch, witty and when I told them to do their thing to make the cheese steak or meatball sandwich shine - they did! *Personal note: the cheessteak that I had in Roseburg rivaled and surpassed the one I had in Philadelphia (which I didn't think would be possible!)!!

I came to this store after being treated badly by the staff at the store on Diamond Lake. These two employees at the Harvard store repaired the damage I was subjected to at the Diamond Lake Subway.thumbs up to them.

I came here on Friday, got there as one person was going on there lunch so it was down to one person in a rush but she was actually very kind and willing to help everyone even tho people were rushing her she kept a cool head with ease and made us all smile with her personality. I got a steak and cheese on flatbread with all the peppers and it was so good, definitely recommend coming here for your fresh food and good vibes.

Corporate, please contact me. And please contact store employees to verify what happened. I came in today 8/27/24 at about 11:45am to get my usual veggie patty footlong, I happened to get the older chubby lady that works there (turns out she's the manager) she asked me what I wanted and I told her, she then said she only has enough veggie patties for a 6-inch, so I asked how much does a 6-inch cost, she then told me the price so I told her I'm not going to get a sandwich, and that'll get something else, she then proceeded to go in the back and cook the veggie patty anyways and then came back out and asked me what bread I want, I said "I said I didn't want a sandwich", she then rolled her eyes at me and said "I already cooked the patty" then scoffed, shook her head and walked away (literal angry teen behavior) then angrily stormed into the back, so I just kept looking at the menu for what I wanted, she then came back out and angrily said "what do you want dude?" So I calmly said "what's your problem?, why are you being so rude?" She then proceeded to tell me I'm not allowed there and then called the cops. Not kidding. I waited the cops arrival to explain to them what happened, even the cop was dumbfounded by her immaturity and quite frankly psychotic behavior. Her co-workers seemed extremely embarrassed on her account. Multiple customers told me as they walked out that I was very nice as well. This is extremely concerning behavior coming from a middle/late aged Subway manager, I'm always very polite when interacting with food service workers, as a former food service worker myself.
I highly encourage corporate to contact me and the employees working today. This is complete abuse of managerial position. And I will be filing a formal complaint with the Subway corporate office as well.
Again I came in at approximately 11:45am on 8/27/24. Getting the Cops called for ordering a veggie sandwich today was a shocking reminder that Age does not equal maturity, nor intelligence. -Also meant to add, she was not changing her gloves from the register to food. Very gross.

I don't know if it's typical of this location, but I did not have a great experience here. Service was very slow. To be fair, there was only one employee working when I came in, but she didn't seem too engaged in what she was doing. My sandwich was OK, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. I ordered a pretzel with it, which is the main reason why I'm writing this review. The pretzel was not good at all, it was stale and tough. I've only been to this location once, but this was definitely not a good first impression.
