Food is never toasted right, it’s either too toasted or not toasted enough. Today, I asked for it toasted, but it’s cold and the shredded cheese is not even melted. Other subways nearby are better, imo

Veggies were old and wilted, lettuce was brown, was overcharged and charged for wrong sandwiches, brought it to their attention so they corrected it but still overcharged. 2 of the least expensive sandwiches, 1 bag of chips and 2 small sodas shouldn't cost over $30.

I ordered 3 subs on the app to be picked up at 12:15 pm and they wernt ready until 12:30. I had ordered them a half hour before pick up and they didnt start making them until 12:20. The sweet onion sandwich did not come with onions, not toasted like I asked and it was extremely sloppy. The turkey sub was not toasted as asked. The store was not busy so there is no reason for the delay. The service was extremely slow!

They were training someone but as telling him how to make my sandwich not paying any attention to what he is doing. He's not layering my sandwich evenly. More like piling it on in one place. That's not training. Now they are going to Pepsi products and no fountain drinks. All they had were diet or zero sugar bottle drinks in the fridge cooled. I asked if they had regular Pepsi because I can't drink aspartame because of my epilepsy and she goes and gets me a warm Pepsi from the back. Why aren't those in the fridge with all the other drinks. There was plenty of room for them to be in the cooler. This subway lost my respect.

The young lady ringing us up had a snarky attitude and wasn't paying attention to what we said. I ordered my daughter a kids meal and got a sandwich.. I had said kids meal 3 to 4 times. When we asked for the applesauce and juice she got pissy and tried to charge me more. Told me it wasn't her job to know what we wanted with the kids meal in the 1st place. Manager seen altercation and did nothing just walked away.

After about 3 1/2 hours driving, we decided to stop at Roseburg. A small township but very nice. This is country America at its best. Really friendly feeling about the place. We recharged our batteries at the local Subway - with our (Ozzie) accents amusing everyone.
