My rating is for the pastor as it is the only thing I’ve ever ordered at this truck because I like it a lot and I stick to what I like! The people go out of their way to give the best service and work hard! Tacos la Rana is an excellent addition to the lot in Roseburg!

The rice is really wet. The langua has a funk and is mixed with beef cuts.. it is not all langua and i was charged e tra for it. It's not bad food but nothing that great. The beans seem to be from a can. These guys cut corners and it's obvious by the taste.. the guacamole is really really good!

I'm gonna start by saying, I'm that friend that likes salt. I salt a lot of food without tasting it first. I see the purpose of fries as delivering salt. I buy chips based on sodium content. So when I say that the carnitas in my carnitas burrito were WAYYYY too salty, I want you to understand that I really, really mean it.It was actually too salty to eat. I ended up taking out most of the meat and eating everything else. I was just driving through, so maybe this is a one-off. But I don't think I'll chance it again. On the upside, prices were decent and service was friendly.

The green salsa might've been my favorite green salsa ever. I don't live in the area but if I'm ever passing through again I will have to stop by!
