This food was phenomenal. We got it in a pinch while at Two Shy Brewing and the guy that took my order and made the food was both fast and super nice. Can’t say enough nice things.

Very great food. Price is good for how much you get. Tons of toppings on the bowl. Highly recommend the poke tuna bowl! Just found put about them and will definitely be eating here again.

I needed food on a long drive, and I was resigned to finding Subway or Taco Bell. Then I saw this food truck with so many five star reviews. It lives up to the hype, amazing to get something so fresh and tasty on a long trip.

We got the chicken teriyaki bowl and the spicy ahi tuna poke bowl and they were delicious! Zack is super friendly - nourishing, delicious and fresh.

✨HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✨i was passing through town with my parents and we googled where is a good spot to eat in Roseburg. Zach’s Bowl Shack had 5 ⭐️ across the board… and for a good reason! ? These were some of the tastiest bowls we’ve had, especially from a food truck! We ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, The BBQ Chicken Bowl and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. The flavors were spot on and the ingredients were all fresh! Whether you are having a work lunch, family dinner, a quick snack, or just passing through Roseburg, this spot is top notch. ??NOTE: it’s best to call before hand to confirm the location of the food truck, as it moves around depending on the day. When I went, (a Tuesday) they were parked outside of Two-Shy Brewery - also a great location to hang out with your friends & family!

I was grabbing drinks with a friend and hadn't had dinner so I ordered the Poke bowl. Fresh veggies, plenty of tuna, a portion of seaweed salad and an amazing sauce! Extremely tasty - Will be back!
