✨HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✨i was passing through town with my parents and we googled where is a good spot to eat in Roseburg. Zach’s Bowl Shack had 5 ⭐️ across the board… and for a good reason! ? These were some of the tastiest bowls we’ve had, especially from a food truck! We ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, The BBQ Chicken Bowl and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. The flavors were spot on and the ingredients were all fresh! Whether you are having a work lunch, family dinner, a quick snack, or just passing through Roseburg, this spot is top notch. ??NOTE: it’s best to call before hand to confirm the location of the food truck, as it moves around depending on the day. When I went, (a Tuesday) they were parked outside of Two-Shy Brewery - also a great location to hang out with your friends & family!

I was grabbing drinks with a friend and hadn't had dinner so I ordered the Poke bowl. Fresh veggies, plenty of tuna, a portion of seaweed salad and an amazing sauce! Extremely tasty - Will be back!

Best lunch in a long time in Roseburg. Come here, just not when I want too also.
I'm so glad these guys are here. Roseburg is still somewhat of a fast food wasteland so having a food truck that specializes in this healthy Donburi style bowls is a blessing. The ingredients are as fresh as they come and the variety is diverse so you can come repeatedly and not get bored. Congrats to the business and helping to make Roseburg healthier!!!
