Not sure why you would take the time to cook a fresh burger and serve it with 20 minute cold fries. Disappointing for a 23 dollar meal

There used to be a time when Burgerville was one of the most amazing places you could eat in the PNW. I don't eat out often but when I do. I should at least expect quality for what we pay. If I get burgers and fries that are cold and look like they were thrown together by some teenager should be wiping tables. I'm going to complain. Just because the menu changes, doesn't mean the quality should suffer too. That's just pure laziness! It's pathetic and when we call up and get nothing but excuses, and no offer to remedy or refund. You prove to me a terrible place with even worse employees and managers. Its ok though. I have my receipt and corporates phone number. They'll get a call monday about the absolute trash you're serving and the lack of customer service.

The fries were cold after I went back because they forgot them. I made it all the way home. The french fries were freezing cold and the other fries that they forgot to give me when I went back after driving 8 miles round-trip were freezing cold. I had to put them in the air fryer. I would’ve just made french fries at home.

We asked for a kids meal plain and not only did they put everything on it but they added large onions that aren’t even usually on it. Like they did is on purpose and then they didn’t put my daughter fries in the bag! Pretty messed up to do to a kid. Also the spicy slider sandwich is tiny, yet they charge about $15 for the meal. Not worth the money! $41 for 3 people and they asked for a tip! And to top it off they parked us.

Google asked for a review since I visited yesterday. Well, I ordered some cheeseburgers and walla walla onion rings, because yum 😋. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me, as I was receiving my food, my son in the backseat started having a seizure. We left in an ambulance and our food was left uneaten. 🤷🏼‍♂️

My son is ok. We'll have to try again.

Decent food but very high prices for a small town burger place. It will cost you about $30-40 for 2 people to eat and they ask for a tip even though it's a fast food restaurant.

Great place to stop a little pricey.

Food was decent but it's the people that make or break places like this and the whole staff here is awesome especially Aaron and Juliette.

My family and I love it here, it's our favorite burger place in town and we've been coming here for as long as we can remember. It's got a real nostalgic vibe to it, the crew is always super helpful, the food is cooked to order, and they are VERY accommodating.

Popped in to get a free shake for Father’s Day. I was a day early but they served me up with a nice shake. Love this place!

Usually Fast service and always good food, love their spread.

Only negative is the price. I'm talking $13 for a cheeseburger, fry, and drink. That being said, I think this is the only fast food place that can justify the price.
