Good food but, if you want whip cream on your $ 6.79 milkshake they charge you an extra .50, they charge extra for dips now too. Before too long they will probably start charging us for napkins

Have had a handful of bad experiences here but mostly all good. Today I was given an undercooked no6 1/2 burger that was also literally soaked in grease and uncooked beef juice. Unfortunately in today's economy a $13 burger of that quality means I will not be returning. The employees are nice but the cost is not worth it in the slightest. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All burgervilles really need to just close down all together. They are just an empty overpriced shell of what they used to be. It's actually an embarrassment. Horrible horrible place now. Used to be my favorite place. Now I wouldn't eat that slop again if it was free. Absolutely stupid prices for what you get and they hit you up for a tip in a fast food drive thru. Crazy. They want their tip before they even provide you any service. Basically you are tipping them to take your payment then hoping they do their job right.

Always comforting to be able to get consistent taste, service and familiar meals no matter where you go..consistently friendly cashiers and overall positive experience. Tried seasonal shake and cider drink. Would recommend to others and will visit again soon.
Okay I've had enough. It seems to me like every time I order online I feel like my order is neglected. It comes to me with missing sauces, missing drinks, and even on occasion I'm missing my fries and sometimes my burgers. So to counteract this I go into the restaurant and order my food only to again have missing sauces and food items, but also an almost 20 minute wait time to get my food. Finally when I got my food, they missed my sauces, my fries were limp, and they gave me the wrong burger. Disappointed.
