I have love DD for all of my 49 years! When I was 8 and started walking there myself I would ask for mustard to go with my fries. At first I was denied and told people dont eat mustard and fries and that I just wanted to step on them to make a mess. It wasn't true and eventually they came round and would have the mustard at the ready when I came to the windows. They feed the community rain or shine (100° weather for days). There's days I don't want to heat the house, so dinner from Dari Delish. They are happy to serve you from their small business, and it's got to be hotter than heck in there. Make sure you tip them well! They sure deserve it! Great food, great ice cream dishes, and great service!
There was a 45-minute wait for food, that was a bummer. Had to go with a shake and no food. Maybe next time there won't be as many people. My wife is 64 and lived there when she was 12 and says the place has not changed one bit. Lol
