When you ask for the house hot mustard *because the packets they hand out with to go orders is gross* and they say sure. Then when you come back later to pick up your food and ask "is the house hot mustard in there?" and they say Yes. You leave happy. Getting home and realizing you got two packets of mustard instead- it's really disheartening.Besides having $70+ of food with no hot mustard, the fact that they lied to my face and said yes, it's in there, is the real concern.Shame on me, that's the second time (not consecutively) I've asked. However, it's the 1st time I double checked before leaving and asked face to face.Why are you so stingy with the house hot mustard? I just spent $25ish per person on food and we can't get the good house mustard? You should be proud people want it over the junky packet stuff. To us, it's one of the best things to compliment the food.Why lie about it?I don't think I'll be going back after this. What a shame.

The food is good as usual. Ate inside and service was terrible. They need to fix the interior. Paneling is coming away from the walls, and there are boxes of stuff piled and stacked on booths in the dining area. Looks like it needs a good scrubbing, at least.

I loved Happy Garden in St Helens. Too bad they can’t get into their own place in Scappoose instead of this placed owned by Lung Fung’s owner. I always take my food to go because the restaurant is dirty and run down - at the front door a five gallon bucket of cigarette butts and trash greets you. Inside the rugs are filthy and upwards of 33 years old. The owner is too busy playing slot machines in the bar to take a little pride in cleaning up their restaurant. I’m hoping Happy Garden can open elsewhere in Scappoose. I like the food and try not to think of how the kitchen may look

This restaurant had a wird disinfectant smell when I walk in the place, not good. There were supply in the seating area, I didn't care for the food I order, the vegetables were not fresh, day old ? All mushy, I won't eat junk food cook like that. It a place to BY PASS FOLKS.Fine a better place folks.

The service was great and friendly. I ordered the Ginger Beef, it was excellent and the portion was huge. But they need a bigger building so they’re not using a portion of the dining room for their storage.

Ordered pork chow mein yesterday. Didn't look like pork or chow mein but ate it thinking it was just their version. Woke up at 3 am having to go to the bathroom and couldn't stop going for literally 5 hours!! Never again!!
