Ordered appetizers and teriyaki chicken yakisoba. Told the waitress I didn’t like the sauce on the noodles. He took it back to the kitchen didn’t offer to take it off my bill or replace with something different. There was no teriyaki sauce on it. It was some sort of red sauce on it that tasted sour. Ended up paying for a meal I didn’t even eat and ended up leaving there hungry still and having to eat something else.

I had the South Carolina roll and a salmon teriyaki and the wife had egg rolls and the chicken teriyaki. Wife got vegetables even though we said no veg but food overall was good we hadn't been there in over 6 years because we both got sick the last time we went there. After this experience we will probably be going back.

Nobody ever actually eats here, it's always take out orders. They're a bit pricey but the meals are large.

The tempura was a disaster I couldn't even believe the way there was raw batter in the middle of the broccoli and two little strips of carrots consumed about an eighth of a cup of tempura and the carrots were still raw and in general I could say the food is Americanized now more and maybe some people like that you know it's not as ethnically Japanese looking or tasting now but still good. I felt like the Sashimi fish was questionable some of it as to how actually really fresh it was and I was sorry I ordered it but I ate it. My friend got teriyaki beef or something and I think that was a better choice and my choice was salmon and actually it was all pretty good but just not the same as it used to be last year it's just more Americanized and you'll have to figure out for yourself with what that means

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes has wheelchair accessibility and I'm in a wheelchair and their bathroom is good for a disabled person also

Very busy, only one person to take orders & run the till.
Music too loud. It was hard to hold a conversation without raising our voices.
The food was really good. I will go back .

It’s a nice, clean place. But I think we’re spoiled. The crunchy tuna roll was very boring. Their reader board showed a majority of their rolls dressed with sauces. Ours were not which made them bland. And the order was quite small but under 10 bucks so ok. I had a green salad with house dressing. The salad is the bagged kind but it was fresh and you would think the dressing would be some Japanese delightfulness but it was more like a mild Italian. They got the edamame right but really how can you screw those up. The server was very quiet but efficient. Even though we were the only folks in the restaurant right around 4 pm when they return from their hour break and are closed for an hour, we had a longer wait than I feel we should have.

Oh. And don’t drink the water. It tastes like chemicals.

We where the only people in the restaurant and still service was extremely slow. The price is pretty expensive and I hoped the food would be worth it. Boy was I wrong I didn't even take it with me for my dog. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had in a while 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

The food here is amazing most times, better obviously when dining in. But the service when dining in and taking out could be a lot better. The wait times get to be too long, even when ordering only a few rolls and having only 2 other tables in the restaurant.

I was always curious about this place but never bothered to stop by until today. The reviews seemed to be in favor so I finally decided to give it a try and ordered their beef teriyaki. Their menu says it comes with stir fried vegetables. Normally when I think of stir fry, I imagine vegetables like red bell pepper, yellow bell peppers, sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn, and nuts. This was not the case in this instance. Their stir fry appeared to be chopped Asian salad from Taylor Farms. You know those bagged salads you can get at Safeway? That’s their stir fry. It was warm and soggy too. As for the beef teriyaki, the meat was kinda tough and was drenched in teriyaki sauce. The only good part of this meal was the plain white rice. I only ate the rice and about half of the beef before I decided to throw the rest away. I didn’t even bother with the “stir fry.” At least I know to never come to this spot again. Hopefully your experience is better than mine if you choose to give it a shot.
