I was pleasantly surprised with how good this place is now with wonderful people and good service. I understand it's under new ownership now. Keep it up.

Always a great selection of goodies for your froyo! Seating, walkways and items on walls etc are a bit dirty or not working, but food area is always clean. There's usually a teen or two working and great customer service!

Absolutely LOVE this place.... staff is always super warm/friendly, welcoming and helpful. Flavor options are usually good (although variety/selection can lack sometimes, as the machines may be "down"). *so only like 4-5 flavors sometimes. Pricing is great, and the options for toppings AMAZINGGGGG!!!!
Go- NOW!!!! ?

I've been here several times and it is a hit or miss type business. Like today, we showed up at 3:30pm as stated on the door, opening time, and we waited and waited, but it didn't open. Sad part was there was this older couple who came from Longview to get FroYo and it was dark insife and the door was locked and light were off. This isn't the first time this has happened to us (3 kids) and one time it was open but sticky and dirty in there, no maintenence knowing there are teens and children accidently spilling and dropping stuff. I don't know what their issues are but hiring must be one?

Very disappointing. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. We had to try the door because it looked closed. We walked in a stood in an empty shop for several minutes and then a woman emerged from the back. There were no instructions or anything. My son accidentally touched the spoon and the woman made him cry. She passive aggressively threw away the gummies and cleaned the bucket while we waited to pay. Worst frozen yogurt experience I have ever had.

Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt unless you're going some place where they make their own so I can't give this any better or worse review. When we stopped in we weren't sure if it was open because it looked shut down (low lights, no employee, etc ) I have to say the same thing as another reviewer, the cleanliness was definitely not up to health code standards but not terribly so. We would stop by again if it was the only option and on the way to where we are going but it won't be my first choice.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options for sure, tons of toppings!

I took my daughter in on a Sunday and to my surprise they were actually open when they're supposed to be! I'm giving 2 stars due to cleanliness, Customer Service and food safety. The bottles/tops for the syrups were super sticky and covered in sauce from other times its been used and the floor/tables were covered in food. There wasn't a bathroom for my daughter to use or wash her hands either. But the most concerning thing was that there were dirty towels and bleach cleaner sitting literally right next to all the toppings, which is an Osha violation and very dangerous if it was accidently mixed with something edible. Also when we walked in, everything was off and the girl working completely ignored that we walked in and had her headphones in. Luckily my daughter has been here before and knew what to do because otherwise I would've been completely lost with no help from the worker.

My husband and I stopped by here on our road trip, we realized it didn’t open til 3:00pm. So we waited, and waited, and waited. There was a worker in there but still didn’t open the doors for at least 30 minutes after 3:00 . We saw 6 different groups of people to try to go in and get some Frozen Yogurt but turned away due to the false advertisement of being open at 3:00. I would be so infuriated if i owned this store and lost all those customers . What a disappointment.
Arrived here 10 minutes before opening and decided to wait. It's been 35 minutes and still hasn't opened. Seen about a dozen people try to enter and walk off. Witnessed the worker go inside at 3:02pm. It's 3:25 and I will not wait anymore. After seeing the reviews I'm more upset with myself for giving this location my time.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The girl was rude we weren't even done getting our yogurt and she was asking us if we were going to pay and my 4yr old asked for a small scoop of fruity pebbles topping and she told her no because we already paid I offered to paid for the scoop and she still refused very snotty attitude me and my family will NEVER go back this was on Saturday September 2 at 2pm she needs to find a job that don't interact with people
I’ve come to this place 3x now and I doubt I’ll be back. The frozen yogurt is your average frozen yogurt and that’s the best thing about this place. From there it’s downhill. The machines for two flavors were broken or out, they don’t have many toppings, and about a third of the ones they did have work empty and when I asked, the employee insisted, they didn’t have any more, but it was pretty easy to see that they just didn’t want to bother filling them up. And they’re missing some that are standard almost everywhere else such as gummy worms, bobo, etc. Each time I’ve been there the hot fudge topping was “broken” and they were out of caramel topping ,as well. But the biggest reason I’m only giving this 2 stars is because it’s filthy inside. I like to eat my frozen yogurt where I get it because I don’t like it to be all melted when I get home but it ruined my appetite sitting inside that place. Everything was grimy, the walls, the floor, and the tables. There are kids fingerprints everywhere, all over the doors and windows. It’s obvious the teenager working.the place had no intention of either refilling the empty topping containers or doing any basic cleaning, even though two of the times I was the only one there and the third time there was one other parent with his child. I wish there were somewhere else close because going to get frozen yogurt is “our thing” whenever my granddaughter comes to visit.
Rarely have more than half the flavors available and keep ridiculous hours. The topping bar is better than average, but it’s a frozen yogurt shop, not a candy store.
