Have been to this location a few times and usually have no complaints. Today I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and it had a literal wood chip/splinter in my burger. Sometimes I feel a little extra doing it, but I always check my burger. Open the bun, patty and all. I do that so I don’t accidentally eat a hair, bug, or in this case which would’ve been literal wood. You cant serve that to people. Just posting so people are aware. CHECK YOUR FOOD

This Burger King is very slow. It takes a minimum of 5 minutes per car and typically it's closer to 10. The car in front gets their food before they will take the next car's order. Tonight there were 3 cars in front of me and without exaggeration it was 25 minutes before they took my order. Once ordered I was told they were not able to cook Impossible Whoppers right now. Last time I got an cold, dry, and hard chicken sandwich and the time before they were out of Whopper patties. Problems like this are frequent here. I have been going here the last 5 years because it's the only Burger King near Sandy but I just can't anymore. You have to wait a long time just to roll the dice on quality if they have what you want at all. Don't go here, drive to Gresham. Even with the trip it will be quicker and better.

Two/three people in this store on a Saturday dinner shift? Where are the leads, managers, owners of this restaurant!? Get your buns in there and help these guys! Be better bosses!!! They’re working their tails off! The place was spotless! They were friendly, they were making the food as fast as they could and helping each customer with a smile. So nice to see young people working hard like they were, but CMON higher ups and step up!!! Be good examples! Drive through was full, lobby had only a few people, and these guys were running orders like superstars, but I could tell they were frustrated. Kids double cheese meal- to perfection! Thank you boys!

Patrick who made my food is such a great worker! I watched make my food and he did it with great care. Cleaned the counter, washed his hands and then put on his gloves and made our food. If I could I would give him a tip. I give him 10 out of 10.

Entered, there was no line. Took 10 minutes to order. Food took 30 minutes to be made. Food was not prepared correctly. Entire operation seems poorly managed.

Poor service and rude staff
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered our food at the counter and then had to wait 20 minutes. Despite our patience, we eventually had to ask where our order was. First, we received the wrong order, and when we mentioned this, the staff member responded grumpily and rudely, claiming he had never received our order. He then ignored us for quite some time. Finally, we got our order without any apology and with a grumpy attitude. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never go here again!

Worst experience ever. They took my order and failed to tell me that they were behind. After 40 minutes waiting in the parking lot I finally got my food just to get home and find it was the wrong order despite asking me to clarify my order whem they brought it to my car.

We stopped at this Burger King for lunch as we are traveling for the holiday. Dominic and Austin are amazing and so kind. The atmosphere was great. Lobby was clean, not sticky and gross like the other burger kings that I have gone to. My family and I felt welcomed. Food was actually hot, not cold.
