I stopped at Burger King after having a long day today! An employee named Zach got my order wrong by forgetting 2 of my hamburgers and my fries were very cold. I mentioned this to Zach and he was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience! So I found another employee named Charlie who made my frustrations alot more pleasant.
He redid my order and was very polite and showed what true customer service was. If it wasn't for charlie I sure wouldn't of left there with a smile. Next time I decide to go to Burger King, I will definitely make sure charlie is working before I come back!

I came in after work for a quick dinner around 8pm, I’ve been to this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service! Tonight was just the opposite! To start off I waited a good 5-8 minutes in the line with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me, then once I got to the menu I was told it would be a wait as the computer was down! I was frustrated but decided to wait because i was already there! I had heard the shift leader who was working the drive through literally turn customers away over the broken computer???? I waited about 5 more minutes before the shift leader gave me the worst attitude about waiting like it was my fault then told me I need to go somewhere else to eat! I pulled up to the window where I spoke to Chalrie who told me the shift leader was Zach! This really made me wish I had just left as the lead of the shift this should be embarrassing he clearly has no skills to manage a crew at even a fast food place! From the long wait time to the attitude from Zach I will no longer be coming here!

I came to this drive-through and the food was disgusting… it was lukewarm at best and it tasted old, like it had been sitting around in a warmer for way too long! To make matters worse, Tanya had the most awful attitude! Her demeanor was disrespectful. Burgerking should be ashamed of this particular establishment!

I came in last night for dinner and was highly impressed by the quality of service! Jeremy took my order up front, was very professional, took the time to ask me how my day is going, and ask for sauces! The fries were fresh from the fryer and the whopper was fresh as well! I would definitely come back!

I am not one to complain but I hate having to pick up at Burger King. The evening shift is so slow. I do delivery in the evening and today it took me over 10 minutes to get to the store i would have figured they would be done with the order or almost done with the order. No they hadn't even started the order they were just standing around doing nothing there was nobody in the drive thru or in line in the store when i got there the guy tried to give me the excuses it is a big order but it was 1 burger and 8 chicken nuggets. So it took them about 15 minutes for them to get that order done and this is the fastest time I have been able to pick up the order and start the delivery too. They need a responsible manager in there at night because this isn't working.

Vanessa took care of my oder and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. She even checked thru hundreds of Burger king crowns to see if they still had Smurf ones. With employees like her, I'll make sure to come back as a valued customer...
