We had to loudly yell and repeat our order multiple times so it started out annoying. Then they couldn't tell us at the time of ordering they were out of onion rings until we got to the window to pay. The they made us wait in the 'grille' line just to get soggy cold chicken strips and sparse, cold fries with the chicken strip meal. They tried to make up for it by giving us sauce overload. Just disappointed and irritated with this experience. Oh and they tried to say our card might not work at the beginning because it doesn't have the tap feature lol but it worked. I get these are kids but they need better training if they're running the restaurant without direct supervision. Just silliness!!!

Try their fish burger. It beats Burger King's or MacDonald's, they add greens and the fish is for real

Used the app and didn't notice it set for this location and no way to cancel on the app besides calling and when I did it doesn't even rings saying voicemail is full and hangs up. Now I have no way to cancel that order and I'm not even in that city. Update the app and the location needs to fix their phone. This is redicoulous and I can't even get what I ordered.
Order a blizzard it only had 3 strawberries

I am absolutely appalled and in shock at how one of your workers treated me I suffer from Tourette’s and I had a tick while my little brother was ordering food. I have verbal Tourette’s, which means I will randomly scream, and I have no control over it. I got up to the window and the guy with blue hair refused me service. Next time I come around because I had a tick I will not be showing up ever again and I am absolutely disappointed and Disgusted your customer service skills

Why can’t we just agree that Dairy Queen isn’t as good as they say it is anymore. Their blizzards are either too sloppy or under-blended and the food is almost too overpriced for what you’re getting. I won’t be going back. Dairy Queen is not as good as it used to be..

We went through the drive through and I've never seen a soft serve cone this big. I even talked my partner into sharing the end of the cone with me.

We stopped by for lunch while we were on a drive. The service was great, the hamburgers were filling, and the shakes made the meal. Dairy Queen is always the perfect stop to make a day trip more fun!

Every bite, a choking hazard.
I got chicken strips for my mom and aunt, and the gravy was fully congealed, and the chicken strips were so dried out, they were closer to jerky than fresh fried food. Well aged in heat. Borderline mummified chicken strips. I don't know why I can't get gravy at the Sandy Dairy Queen that isn't a block of gravy, or as watery as skim milk.
I used my gift cards for this instead of a different location, lesson learned.

I have eaten at Dairy Queen in many locations and found that the food is usually good. Love the ice cream products. Today I ordered the $7 chicken strips with gravy. The meat was so overdone. But the gravy was like thickened glue. It was disgusting and completely inedible. Since it was a drive-thru order I was unable to take it back.
