Girl working at 155pm on 11/21/25 (blonde with loose curls) scowled at us as soon as we walked in. Either she was having a bad day or she doesn’t like people of color. Either way, we felt very unwelcome and we will not return to this location again. It was our first and last time here, very disappointed. Do better.

I had an awesome experience at Jamba Juice, and Natasha made it even better. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the ordering process smooth and easy. My smoothie was fresh, perfectly blended, and tasted amazing—exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and everything was made with care. Natasha’s great customer service and positive energy truly stood out and made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was there on Saturday and the cashier was excellent at helping me and my two picky daughters figure out what we wanted and made great suggestions and was very friendly and the girl who made our drinks was so sweet and put them in a drink carrier for us and made sure my daughters liked the drinks before we left the store!! definitely recommend coming to this establishment for amazing customer service they went above and beyond for us!

Natasha was so helpful! I went in and had no idea what I wanted, she was very thorough in helping me choose a smoothie. She was very smiley, and seemed happy to be at work which is rare nowadays. 5 stars alone just for her customer service. Amazing. Will be back

Have been in here several times but at about noon on Sunday Oct 19th I attempted to purchase about $50 worth of items, I did try to pay in cash but all I had was a large bill. Understandable they dont accept but no where is this posted and the little blond cashier was not polite in telling me this information. Then when my partner attempted to complete the purchase on his card she refused his service. Too bad they missed this purchase. Hope she gets some training on customer service before she loses more business for the company.

Also while waiting for ordered listen to them talk about other staff. Not very welcoming or comfortable environment.
