the manager with the bun in the back of his head was so incredibly rude. I got yelled at just for asking for extra crispy fries. such a smart-ass!
I hate to even write this review as I have written positive ones on Google and Yelp which will now be changed. The manager they have now is awful. Sandy, OR location. Terrible customer service. Didn’t say a word to us when handing us the 1 chicken leg we ended up getting before slamming the window shut. placed an online order, after I arrive from all the way from Estacada. They tell me that they didn't cook my order because they didn't have a chicken pot pie. They tell me to just go to the app to get my money back, I explain that I placed it on there kfc website online not just some app. The guy then tells me to wait as they go inside to talk about it, after that they come back out and say they can cook my chicken pot pie but it will be 20 minutes.
