Placed a custom order in advanced 3 times in a row for a rather large order. All 3 times they never had the product to fulfill the order. Explained to them that I drive 2 hours away and would like to know if the order was going to be complete or not but they have very poor communication skills with customers and within their own facility of office staff with their production crew. They have great products and fair prices but the lack of communication really makes their business poor.

My review about the product is 5 Stars without hesitation, but the costumer service is a MINUS 5, the lady at the front desk is SO RUDE!!! She is always with a frown face and horrible costumer service, I'm not sure if she is the owner or just an employee, but she needs to respect the costumers.
