Today is the last time. The kids play place is absolutely disgusting. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell- sort of like hard boiled eggs. Food splattered on chairs, walls, the floor. No one wipes tables down, never a clean place to sit. The floor is covered in crumbs, fries, poorly cleaned up spills and sticky spots. It’s been getting bad over time but today we walked in, looked around (couldn’t find a clean table despite 8 or so being empty), turned around and left. Either keep the place clean or take it out. This is unhygienic, and just plain gross. It does make me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

The last 3 times I’ve came in and order food in the lobby it has took them 15-30 minutes for my order. Would highly recommend to anyone to not order in the lobby and just go trough there drive trough. They are too focused on the the order time for drive trough

Never know with a McDonald's at 430 on a sunday, but they were very speedy & kind. I believe Pluto was my cashier & they were especially lovely. Thanks for making my trek home not so crappy

Never have they gotten my order correct. Ive always had my order messed up with how lazy and pathetic their employees are. Including the floor manager and the store manager… how ruthless and lazy can a famous fast food restaurant be??? Better customer service is needed for sure. Better employees who will actually take the time to get peoples orders right. Especially the night crew.

The whole place was dirty. The floors were covered in food and none of the tables were cleaned off. The soda machines were running low on the syrups. The kids meal i got came with the wrong food. When I sat down to eat my food the fries all 3 people in the group had were cold like they have been sitting for a while. The burger i ordered i added lettuce to and they just didnt put it on. I definitely wont come back.

Hot fresh food. Overcharged me for a fry but was apologetic and got the money refunded. Great staff!
8 p.m. came in to order take-out. Floor was wet and very very slippery = just had been mopped. There were wet floor signs around the area. Floor was soooooooo slippery I nearly fell down. I mentioned it to the counter guy and he apologized -- but I thought it was very important to mention it as it was extremely dangerous.

I went to McDonalds at 1am after a very long shift at my own job Sunday night, and the dude that took my order was so sweet and nice. We were both exhausted so there was some back and forth but I hold nothing against anybody cause of how late it was. And that was probably the best burger I ever got at this location! 10/10 experience

The drive thru is SLOW. I came through about 8:30pm and took me nearly 20 minutes to get through the line. The employees were not friendly at all. The food was average but work on the drive thru time.
