Ordered breakfast on the phone, by the time I got to the drive-thru window, they told me they were out of breakfast because it was 10:31 and breakfast ended at 10:30. They said my food is not available anymore even though I paid for it. Super lame.

Lack of training towards the new person behind the counter. Even after the mistakes the shift manager acted as though it was the customers fault and never explained to the new personal how to not make the mistakes in the first place.

I've never commented or left a fast food review but this was insane. I dined in but as soon as I walked in a manager was yelling at staff. Before it was my turn 2 drive thru customers came inside to complain the order was wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich modified with an extra round egg and a vanilla iced coffee. They put one folded egg on. I returned it. They put one round egg on. I complained and the brought out one round egg in a box for me, yuck. They didn't put any flavor in the coffee. The manager then yelled at the workers in demeaning Spanish to get them to understand I suppose. During this time at least 2 more customers complained about their wrong orders. PATHETICLY RUN RESTAURANT. It took 35 minutes to get the order incorrect 3 times so I left still hungry.
Super cool employees! We had our dog with us going through the drive thru and they gave us a mc'pup cup. A lid with whipped cream on it! Talk about a happy dog! We've been here every time we're in town and they are open super early and I can use my app here which gives us a super discount, free food items and points towards more rewards on our next visit. And it doesn't matter if you're not at your home McDonalds, you can still use your app just like your local chain. Four paws up, says Hazel Woo and we will return, you can count on that! Thank you!

Sat in line for 20 minutes, once I got to the window there was music blaring throughout the restaurant with 2 employees visible. I got my meal and the fish patty was so hard and so cold I couldn't break it in half, fries were also cold and old, the only thing that was ok was the apple pies they said just came out. I know being after 10pm it more then likely wouldn't be super fantastic but they were still seemingly busy and still serving old food, it was just gross.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but the cashier named Pluto is the absolute best. They have such a bright smile and such a warm personality EVERY time. It’s incredible. They’re a rockstar.
