Our wedding cake was never delivered on our wedding day. They forgot to mark it on their calendar so it never got made. We had paid in advance - at the time of order actually just to confirm we were good to go, emailed about the date and details, talked in person to confirm and still managed to miss our wedding. She brought it to us the next day after our families called her on the day of asking about it, and you can tell she made it in a rush. The tiers were backwards, we wanted our favorite flavor to be the bigger tier. The bottom tier was super crumbly, and missing the drizzle. And the frosting was cracking/separating. We were told we’d get a refund, this Saturday will be 3 weeks and still nothing.

Sucks because we really like Nya’s cakes but really upset we had no cake to cut for our wedding and received no apology - just that “this has never happened before”

We ordered 4 dozen cupcakes and specifically chose flavors that had mousse frosting not buttercream for 3 dozen of them. They all came with buttercream frosting. We paid the have the strawberry cream cupcakes filled, which we should not have assumed meant filled with fresh strawberry compote like the description for strawberry cream says. They were filled with a flavorless neon pink custard like substance, and had no taste of strawberries at all. The triple fudge did not have any chocolate ganache, they were just a plain chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream. I’ve had the carrot cake cupcakes before from the case and so I assumed it would be the same cream cheese frosting on the red velvet cupcakes since they both describe having “cream cheese buttercream” on the menu, but our cupcakes came with something that was not cream cheese frosting, and was absolutely nothing like the cream cheese frosting that was on the carrot cake cupcakes. Overall we spent a lot of money on 4 dozen cupcakes and they were nothing like their menu description of the flavors. Just make sure you understand what you’re getting when you order.

Unfortunately ordered a custom cake and cake pops for my sons 3rd birthday.. confirmed and paid in full August 7th. Went to pick up the cake on the 23rd..she never made it. She totally spaced my order. Really annoying and inconvenient.

Our wedding cake came out just like we hoped! We got a package deal for our wedding. They have many flavors to choose from. Thank you and will be recommending to people in the future.

My daughter and I came in for the first time to check it out. I was needing cookies for a potluck at work the next day. The inside was very cute and the girl working the counter was nice. I asked if they had any cookies for purchase. The girl said no. The only items for sale were the few cupcakes and a single cake. She said they hadn't made any cookies for purchase in a few weeks. I feel like if you are advertising your baked goods with prices that those items should be in store. I would understand to be sold out but not to make any of the advertised items? When I asked more about why they didnt have any product the girl said that all products needed to be ordered ahead of time if I wanted to purchase. The whole thing seemed odd. I felt obligated to buy something once I was in there so I got 1 cupcake for my daughter. We left and went to another local bakery in sandy for our purchase. I was definitely disappointed and wanted this place to be better.

Went into Nyas and was met with immediate great customer service. I got cupcakes, (oreo brownie 9/10!!) so good.
Definitely recommend this bakery to anyone looking for bakery!

Darn drove way out of the way and the bakery is not open on Sunday just espresso and I have an espresso hand right now. Not greatly happy not a lot of gluten-free options I was excited and dang it now I don't get nothing

I would like to thank Nya and her crew for the wonderful wedding cakes. Everyone raved how great it was and even had seconds. She took our design and made it great. We did several taste testings from different bakery's but Nya's was the best and easiest to work with. We also love their snicker-doodle cookies. If you have not tried them, I recommend you do. You will get hooked on them as we did. Thank you again to you and your crew for a great job.

The cupcakes Nya made were PERFECT! There were endless compliments from the guests at our daughters baby shower. They could not have been better! Thanks SO much!!! We will BEE back!! 😁🐝
(As a side note.. the atmosphere is welcoming! Grab a treat and a coffee... sit for a spell! I have also tried the macaron's ... Do NOT leave without grabbing some!! They are to DIE for!!!) Thanks again!
