I really appreciate this place. There's not a lot of healthy food in Sandy, most of it's fried, greasy, and gross. Panda has been a lifeline for us since we moved here. The portions could be bigger, and it's not the fastest drive thru because it's not all out of a fryer. But it's so nice to be able to get a plate of veggies and meat. It's not home cooked good, but it's better than pretty much everywhere we've tried in Sandy. I really appreciate being able to get a healthy meal, at a reasonable price, that I didn't have to cook myself.

I ordered six ragoons and a side of small orange chicken and got 5 pieces of orange chicken. What the hell is that. I called to complain and of course no one answered. I didn't pay that much to get 5. Small pieces of meat. What a joke. This panda has gotten horrible at service customer service and food quality. Horrible. Won't go back

I keep hoping this place will get better but every time we go we are sorely disappointed! Last time we went to this location they were out of almost everything and the food was cold. Service is absolutely terrible the workers don’t care at all and don’t care if the food is bad or if they are out of everything. Today when we went the Beijing beef was extremely chewy and the fried rice was not done and hard/crispy. They barely give you anything on your plate and are more worried about online orders and drive through that when you come in they don’t acknowledge you and do everything else. We haven’t had a good experience here in a long time and got super sick after this time. Literally 10 minutes after leaving we were both extremely sick.

Food is fine but the service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The drive thru speed is so slow! I think they only fully serve 1 car at a time, from ordering to serving food. They many only serve 1 customer at a time inside too... all the way through the transaction.
I see multiple associates working but they cannot help more than 1 person at a time.... its painful! I've tried multiple times to see if it gets better... it never does

The worst store for service and delivery service, its workers are very slow, an order can take up to 30 or 40 minutes per wait, the worst if I could not even give it a half star

Got there at 8:45, doors were locked. The employees were putting everything away. Two other customers pulled in, and saw the same thing. We know where not to go now.
