Good protein and vegetables options; quick and easy. Upgrades are in small print (not a big deal unless you are on a budget). Always stuffed with the plate options

we ordered agead online, order was not ready on our arrival, waited over 30 minutes in the restaurant for it to be ready, we arrived to pick up our order at 4:32 and its currently 5:03 food still not ready. Portions have also shrunk in recent years

Zach is a terrible server. Had to literally ask if someone was working the front. Had several employees look at the 7 people in line and It wasn't until I asked that we finally got help... Eventually and very slow. Zack's attitude made it seem like he just really does not want that job maybe he should find another....

The only remarkable thing about this place is the fact that it is still an affordable place to eat. The food is nothing special, but if you time it right, it can be fresh and crispy.

I have limited time on my lunch, so if they tell me an item has a wait time, I order something else. Guy told me there was a wait time on the walnut shrimp after I got up to the window, I'd ordered a bigger plate. I said since there's an 8 minute wait time that he only tells me at the window about, to take it off the order. I get my receipt, which he snuck into the bag, and I see he hadn't taken it off my order, and tried to rip me off. Then when I want that additional charge refunded back, he only gives me back the 1.50$ honey walnut upcharge.

I visited this Panda Express about an hour and 20 minutes before closing, and the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, there were very limited food options available, and they told me they wouldn’t make fried rice or orange chicken — even though these are staple items and I still saw them making other dishes. When I asked, they said it was “too late” in the night, even though there was still plenty of time before closing.

The staff seemed annoyed that we came in, even though we were ordering food to-go. After we finished ordering and filling drinks, one of the employees actually turned off the lights as a joke while laughing and playfully smacking another worker, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager eventually turned the lights back on, but by then the experience already felt negative and unwelcoming.

If a restaurant is open, customers should be able to expect the full menu (especially the most popular items) and respectful service. This visit left a really poor impression, and I hope management takes action to improve how late-evening customers are treated.

The staff appeared to be experiencing significant strain despite a lack of customer volume, and the chow mein was undercooked.

No orange chicken made and unwilling to make more within a certain amount of time from closing. Thats your most popular item lmao I heard the person behind me also try to order it. Come earlier than 830 if trying to get orange chicken

Edit as I look through the reviews it looks like this location is conserving how much they make so people constantly have to wait on food. Explains why they are out of things

New review: a lot frustrated. Ordered a 3 entree plate. 2 teriyaki chicken and a honey walnut shrimp. Told me to go park and wait. Ok. When I got home....no honey walnut shrimp. So, I for a 2 entree plate I paid for 3 AND the markup on the shrimp. Really pissed off...

And, they didn't give me teriyaki sauce. So....a no teriyaki teriyaki plate. Like, wtf....

Former review: Love this place. Generally my go to fast food spot in Sandy. The food is good and the staff are always nice.

Ordered chow mein and I think they misunderstood me to say “strictly cabbage please.” Roughly 5 noodles.

I love the Sandy Store because the service is good and food is fresh! Plus I eat here several times a week and they don’t short me on my regular order of Teriyaki bowl and 6 sweet and Sour Sauces! 🙌🏻

Went through the drive thru multiple times but the last 3 consecutive times we were asked to pull around and park. We were given a time on how long it would take our food to cook. So we pulled around and waited longer than what was said and no one came out to give us our food. When we finally had enough we went inside and asked about our food, they said sorry we didn't know about your order. Really I call BS. The first time I can make an exception, but the second time is inexcusable the third time is absolutely unforgivable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
