Went through the drive through, they messed up our order. We sat with the food in our car that we had opened and gone through for a few minutes before Destiny came back to the window. She then asked for the food back through the window and DUMPED IT BACK INTO THE SERVING DISHES. I literally touched part of that food. She was passive aggressive about us asking to fix the order, which I could look past, but I was absolutely shocked that the policy was to dump that food back into the bin. Gross.

I am so sick of Panda Express taking 30 minutes going through the drive through. They take literally one order at a time and it takes ATLEAST 10 minutes to make one persons order. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable. It's humilating really. They can't work on people's orders and not take a billion years like every other normal fast food restaurant? They're THAT under staffed? They're food is good, but not good enough to wait 30 minutes and sometimes even more for just alright food. And then on top of that they make you park 99% of the time and that takes even longer. Why cant you be a normal fast food establishment? You guys are ridiculous.

The last 3 times I have placed an online order I’ve had issues, and I’ll start by saying I always place my order at least 10-15 minutes before I show up. The first time they didn’t make my order until I got there and asked about it, and when I did the girl seemed all confused and had an unpleasant mannerism the whole time. The second and third times, I had to wait upwards of 10 minutes for them to finish cooking a part of my meal. I don’t understand how it’s not ready when I place my order in advance, and it lets the other food they’ve already packaged cool down so my food is all different temperatures. Additionally, there’s often times where I can tell fresh food is mixed with old, as some pieces of meat are fine and others are totally soggy. And good luck ever getting utensils or sauce without asking them for it first. I like the food I just have a hard time with the inconsistencies and general unfriendliness of most staff

Great experience coming here. The manager Joane, not sure how to spell her name, she was very polite and worked very quickly. She had every thing under controle and made my whole experience wonderful. Highly recommend this place. ?

just went for lunch and ordered sweet fire chicken and they were out. Then I asked for unsweet tea and they were out as well. Asked for hot mustard and soy sauce and she never put it in the bag? She could care less.. I will never waste my money there again!

5 stars everything that I had was amazing I got orange chicken, chow mein, and the spring rolls. I personally think that pans express is a good place to get food because you can have a lot of people and still have it be under $100.

Don’t waste time at the drive thru reading the menu board. Just wait to ask what they have. Be content with orange chicken. Don’t get any ideas about soy sauce or hot mustard.

I can only speak for their Sandy location but I have found them to be the most reliably good Chinese food delivery in my area. I've tried others, like Golden Key, and the food was old and dried out. I always tip $3 and deliveries are consistently on time. There is better Chinese food out there, it'll probably never be as good as an authentic Chinese restaurant, but those don't deliver in my area.

I am writing this review about an employee named Cole. I go to this location once a week, and every single time I have the privilege of working with him it’s a pleasant experience. One time I came in with my girlfriend for a quick meal and he pointed us out to a freshly cleaned table in a quiet part of the restaurant. He’s efficient, clearly a hard worker and has great people skills. If he’s not the manager, make him one. Whatever hes being paid, pay him more. Quality customer service especially in fast food is hard to find and he should be appreciated.

I went into panda express just looking for a small entree of orange chicken, stood there for 10-15 minutes and waited patiently for help while they were in a rush. just to finally be helped and told that there is no orange chicken for the night, how about a little heads up while i stand there? how about a sign on the door for your most popular entree being out of stock? how about real customer service instead of ignoring me like i'm not there? i am very disappointed with the service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very nice service and quick. I've been to Panda in Vancouver and Portland and it's been way better fast food than elsewhere but here the teriyaki chicken and teriyaki sauce tasted like soap. Very unpleasant. The mushroom chicken tasted just fine but the teriyaki was pretty awful.
