Finally I've found a true authentic Mexican food cart/restaurant! I ordered a cochinita taco, one cheese empanada, one beef empanada and an horchata. The tortillas and habanero salsa are simply the best! It was like my Abuelita was cooking for me .They told me they have a spot in Portland, thank goodness I won't need to drive to Sandy every time to get my fix. I wish I took pictures of the food, but it's in a better place now.

I grew up in Mexico City the incredible foot they served reminded me of visiting Yucatán in my childhood. The food truck is family run business and the labor of love is immediately palpable.

The Gordita was incredible. Homemade tortillas and delicious pork and queso fresca. My friends who got the tamales and ceviche tacos were also quite pleased. Nice workers too.

Authentic homestyle cooking that is fresh and tasty. Everything is made to order, even the empanadas! Polcanes are a must try if you are Veg. Agua de Sandia is basically the most refreshing drink you can get in town. My go-to place to stop after a solid day of mountain biking.
