Sparky's Pizza: Sandy

Went to Sparky’s for an online order pickup. First time there. The two girls and guy working were super nice. I lost my coupon somewhere between home and the Sparky’s and they still honored it. Got home and popped open the box. I guess I’m used to the national chains and their skimpy toppings, because I was in shock on how loaded this pizza was. We ordered the Manhattan. It was delicious and the toppings all tasted fresh. We will definitely be back to try out some of the other specialities!

The price the price is ridiculous! $5.50 per cheese slice. And of course I had to drink just water..

The good things are that parking is easy and its right in the middle of town. Thats about it. ! The pizza is mediocre to say the best, you get a smidge of attitude with your service and it’s overpriced by quite a lot.
I put the overpricing down to a greedy franchise owner that knows there are not too many options. Unfortunately for them in a few blocks is a better pizza shop. No slices though but better whole pies.
Skip this joint till they train their staff and take a lesson in economics.

$6 for a single slice of pepperoni is outrageous.

Sparky's in Sandy has been around for awhile now. They've expanded around the area and even into Portland at one point. Just like any place quality has gone up and down over the years, but they've been on a hot streak recently as far as any pizza I've ordered the past few years. My mainstay is the Midtown pizza. It ditches the black olives that are over represented on too many pizzas but leaves the good stuff like onions and bell peppers with sausage and pepperoni. To me it's the best bang for your buck. They also offer slices as well which is always nice especially with their lunch special.
