This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been at. The staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I've had to wait over 30 minutes for an order I've seen other customers standing around in the lobby not being helped. I even saw one couple leave after about 15 minutes, nobody even greeted them or acknowledge they were standing at the counter

This location price-gouges its customers! Check the app and compare it with any other Taco Bell in other cities. For example, the Luxe Box at this location is $12 compared to $7 at most other locations. We really need another Taco Bell competitor to open up and humble this one.

We are here on vacation trying to feed our kids. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no one was taking orders. Decided to go inside to order waited 30 minutes for our food with 7 workers and no other customers. Terrible customer service
I pick up deliveries and this place is the worst. The food is never ready nor is it even being prepared when I get there. I am usually having to wait over 20-30 minutes until the food is ready which make my ratings go down because I am late delivering the food. I have watched people stand at the counter waiting to order for over 10 to 15 minutes while every staff member ignores them. I dont understand why people even order food here.
