Stopped by last week for a quick lunch while driving Uber, staff was very friendly and the crispy meat burritos were great as usual. I always enjoy going there when in the neighborhood.
The manager at this location should not be a manager! I ordered the 3 for $8 and called to advise that upon eating my food it was so cold to the point I had to microwave it. The manager (a guy with a Russian accent) kept arguing over the phone with me and said there is no way that could be possible and refused to replace my meal or give me a refund. There were two cars in front of me and I had waited ten minutes, I believe they left my food sitting out during this time, hence why it was ice cold. I had let him know I’ve been coming there for a while and never once had a bad meal as the food is typically hot and the service is typically great. He never apologized, refused to “make it right” and hung up on me. What happened to “the customer is always right”? I was not rude to him at all and was still treated like I was trying to pull one over on them. I’ve reported him and his behavior to corporate!

Was paying for my order and I said hold on I was getting him changed he proceeded to check me out and I handed in my change and he goes oh it's too late you didn't tell me that till afterwards then he debated with me called me rude and I said I listen I'm not going through this with you right now and usually customers are right and it's not a big deal but at the same time it became a big deal because he sat there debating about what I said it's not my fault he didn't pay attention not my fault that we just had a misunderstanding but yet he sat here debating with me a child called me rude at a certain point I became rude because I just felt like why am I debating in a Drive-Thru where I just want dinner.
