Waited 45 mins for a jr whooper and only received service when I threatened a refund. Worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Terrible management I can't fathom how dirty their kitchen likely is with how poor the service was. If I could give 5 negative stars I would. Never eat here.

It sucks. Gotten worse, their drive through is ridiculous! Serving one person at by taking their order, and them making everyone else in line wait while that one person pays. Waits for their food, and then help the next in line.
I hate your service!! It is so bad. The people suck at service, and I waited over 30 minutes to finally be told that the crispy chicken I ordered wasn't going to be ready, and I was already way past my lunch time. Please, rehire people that actually know how to work fastfood!!

I've been coming here for the past couple of years multiple times a week. There's some really cool people who work here, and the breakfast is always hot and fully loaded. Especially on mornings when food is scarce at my place, I'm grateful for a warm meal.

However, the turnover at this location causes the majority of the staff to be either under trained or just inadequate at customer service. I oftentimes have to shout my order at folks multiple times, even without traffic passing by the inconveniently placed order window.
A huge issue I've also seen over the years is that they'll show up to work and open late on a regular basis. Their hours on Google state that they're open at 6am every day, but you'd be lucky to have them open at 7am on the weekends. I've mentioned this to multiple employees, including a couple people I assume are managers. I mentioned it to an employee this morning (who has admitted he doesn't usually work mornings) and he interrupted me after giving me my food and told me he hopes I have a "good night", at 7am. This employee in particular, and my experiences with him, have spurned me to finally post the review after many meals here.
The times I've eaten inside, the trash has been overflowing and I've waited for long periods of time. Considering I'm not the first person to complain about the inside conditions and wait times, I've solely kept my ordering to drive through since early this year.

Altogether, I have never had bad food here, and even though I've got to yell my order multiple times almost every time I go there, they're always accurate.
But that's basically the only thing that is good, unfortunately. The majority of employees are under trained and rude, management doesn't seem interested in taking/applying feedback, they often open late with no excuse given, their open times online are inaccurate, the drive through layout is horrendous... The list goes on.

It's unfortunate that when I finally write this review it has to be so scathing, but the problems here are persistent and have not improved since I started coming here. At least the food is decent.

When I get food here it's usually pretty good for what it is but the service is disappointing. I usually show up about 5-10 minutes after they open, I'm always waiting about 5 minutes for them to say anything and almost every single time there is one excuse or another for them needing at least 15 more minutes to open.

Went up to the Drive through,set there for over 30 seconds. No answer, I said, are you guys open,and it took 10 seconds and she replied, Yes, we're short staffed, I just drove away and went to McDonald's, What a joke.

I used to work there and they have a rat problem and get mad at you when you say something, they don’t wash there dishes, they don’t wash hands or use glove the right way and steak and eat the food right next to customers food

Just don't go here. They don't cook the fries. They didn't even make my order while I was the only one standing there for 30 minutes. Then my meal had no fries in it. Terrible Terrible food and service.
