I'm sorry, but as the manager you need to be a bit more respectful and give your name. I do not feel it is fair for your corporations lack of product on a LTO to be a good enough reason to charge more. As the manager taking the complaint you definitely could have not been as rude as you were over the prices that the corporate office should fix.
