I’ve lived in Scappoose for 2 1/2 years and you raised your prices dramatically, and your food quite honestly is kind of plain. I was eating a Euro establishment at least three times a week. I will never go into your establishment again lower your prices.

I walked in the other day for lunch ready to order. I said to the woman at the counter hello how are you? She didn’t even look at me and was staring at the front window. I asked her again. How are you today and she responded reluctantly…good. Very impersonal with the poor attitude towards customer service. Plus the food smelled very mid. I told her never mind. I saved $40 that day. Best decision I made.

I got the OR burrito sub potato’s for fries (close to a cali burrrito) it was great.. lots of steak inside. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this restaurant. Got my food to go and it was still hot/fresh by the time I got home. My food came out within 5 minutes!! Bonus points- burrito express sells a large array of baked goods that are a must try. Lots of drink options as well.

If you like cara asada nachos, don't bother with Victorico's. The nachos from this place are great!! The cheese and meat are entirely better. It's true shredded cheese and a great seasoning on the steak.The sauses are perfect, both mild and hot. Not to mention the price is better than Victorico's in St.Helens.

The food is absolutely disgusting! The fish that u can kinda find under that massive pile of lettuce and mushy tomato chucks taste like dirt! Extremely overpriced like ridiculously! I wouldn’t recommend or ever eat her again this place has no flavor at all I don’t get it. No love and no care goes into the food I’d literally be Embarrassed to serve this
