Worst service AGAIN. Last time I was here three months ago it took 5 times to get my order right. Today, they brought me the wrong meal twice, to vehicles who were behind me. By the time I got my order, the Ice cream they gave me 10 minutes earlier was melted.
WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

The dq in scappoose was kind of a joke, there were like 20 people working, it took forever to get our small order, the fries were about the size for a small childs order and they were almost cold, not somewhere I'd revisit

Employees at drive thru didn't say one word to us. They couldn't take a break from whispering and sharing a fountain drink. Poor customer service 🙄

A Pattern of Disappointment at Dairy Queen Scappoose

As someone who believes even fast food deserves consistency and care, I’ve made several visits to the Dairy Queen in Scappoose in hopes of a simple, satisfying experience. Unfortunately, this location continues to fall short.

On my most recent visit, I placed a very straightforward order: a large serving of onion rings and cheese curds. While the cheese curds were delivered as expected, the onion rings were inexplicably substituted with a portion of cold fries—neither requested nor appreciated.

Mistakes happen, but what concerns me here is the pattern. This is not an isolated incident; nearly every visit has been marked by some form of error. And without the time to return and correct the order, I’m left having paid for an item I didn’t receive.

For the price of what should’ve been quality, freshly fried onion rings, I could have easily prepared a better version at home. At this point, I can no longer justify repeat visits. Consistency matters, even at a drive-thru window—and unfortunately, this location has yet to deliver it.

I love Dairy Queen but it seems they never clean their blizzard machine before and after each blizzard, so I will get the previous blizzard order mixed with mine and honestly not a fan of it. Please fix this problem

If I give it a high rating more people will go there and I'll have to wait longer.
We don't have a lot of choices for fast food in Columbia Co. BV it's a little better but pricier. Quality vs value for the dollar I'll take DQ above McD, BK, and TB any day

Constantly swatting flies away from my order they couldn't seem to get correct wasn't on my list today. Was going to get ice cream after a small lunch. Threw most of my lunch in the trash instead.

I'm kind of old and I haven't been to DQ in many years. I forgot how good it was. A throwback for ice cream, burgers and all kinds of fast food. Love the place. We'll have to stop more often.

Great staff! My friends and I came here 5 minutes before closing (I know, kinda of a rude move but we were starving) and the staff gave us no attitude, they were so nice and were having a good time with us joking around.
