Wait in line for 30 plus minutes to get a melted blizzard and cold food. Beyond frustrated when you guys have people paying an arm and a leg. Not even an apology for the wait, just a register girl who can't quit touching her nose. :(

We went to have a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. So good!

The person that took my order was horrible. I repeated 4 times. The amount of noise was awful. Mostly from the kids that were just hanging out and not buying anything. The still managed to get my order wrong. Worst experience ever

Never on time with my to go order and they put other orders in front of mine when I can see my name on the screen. I don’t usually order a lot of food so it shouldn’t take that long to make. I also saw one of the cooks grab all of my chicken strips with their bare hands, then watched them grab tongs to grab a patty.

Blizzards and ice cream are always delicious.

Went through and ordered a moo latte and a chocolate shake. It did take normal time to get through line but the cashier opened window and just said what we ordered and amount it was. I gave money and asked if there was any stamp cards for any of the drinks she said no gave money and slammed window shut on us. Opening it to give out the moo latte and shut it again we waited then for 3 more minutes for the shake and she opened and handed it out and it was pure liquid with maybe a table spoon of ice cream in it. Then she said have a good day and slammed window again. We are half the time met with this attitude and always everyone looks unhappy to be working here.
I did give this location another try, ordered through doordash a few times. One time placed an order for blizzard and added to remove peanuts and added it as a allergy. Not a bad enough enough allergy that can not touch them just can not eat them. They still sent the blizzard with peanuts in it. 3 other times i clicked the spot that says contact me so i can ask them for something to be added, the first time no comtact, the 2nd time i called them and no one answered just got voice mail saying they were busy. The third time no one called me and i kept calling over and over and no one picked up. Sent message through doordash app. To have driver check if they contacted me as well and nothing. They do not read instructions here at this location so if there is something you need or can not have you will have to drive and go in and hope they will not still do that. Drove in once as well and asked for something to be added and ended up without that as well.

DQ is pretty expensive for what you get now. And the food is just alright. The Blizzards are still really good though!

I ordered a cheesecake blizzard and I got strawberry ice cream with strawberry pieces and cheesecake pieces. Not what I wanted or expected. Also ordered a burger no tomato and it had tomato.

Order on line food was hot and ready for me when I picked it up.
