My Reuben was delicious, but some of my fries were raw. If you get the garlic fries, maybe ask them to be cooked a little longer. The bathroom was very clean, and the restaurant was nice with plenty of entertaining things on the walls.

Huge portions and excellent food. Has a lot of options and I recommend the omelets! Only thing I wasn't a fan of is the gravy, but I'm southern so I can be a little picky...Kid-friendliness: They provide a kid menu and coloring option.

The coffee is always great and they have a couple of smaller portion breakfast meals, which works for both my husband and myself.The decorations inside are frequently changed to fit the season or a specific holiday, (it's very visually entertaining).The owner works hard, often greeting and serving customers or she goes out of her way just to say hi.The people who work there are friendly and efficient.If you go there fairly often, they greet you like you are one of their friends and if it's been a while since you've been there, they notice and are obviously happy to see you have come back.I don't think you can go wrong stopping by and eating at Ichabod's.

Awesome small town delight! Food is excellent! Staff is friendly and genuine! Definitely making this a regular stop for food!
The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are very friendly. The menu presented many options for breakfast.I had the Ichabod's special for breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, bacon (peppered or regular) or sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits, or a combo of the two (which is nice) or pancakes, and gravy. I appreciate all of the options!The hashbrowns and peppered bacon were perfect, but the gravy was crazily poured over everything. I don't really care for it on my fried eggs as they were buried. I had to dig my bacon out, too. Which made it messy. Maybe serve the gravy on the side?Coffee was ok, so it's not the worst or the best.

Ichabod's deserves 10 Stars. I don't eat out often, but Ichabod's is high on my list as a Keeper!Plates FULL. Foot well cooked. Coffee kept hot. Smiles everywhere - Staff and Customers. Excellent Atmosphere! We were seated at what had been 2 Tables together to seat 8. The Server separated the 2 Tables and inserted a Free Standing Divider for a sense of privacy.I had the "Traditional" with 2 Outstanding Over Easy Eggs, Corned Beef Hash, Hash Browns w/Sausage Gravy added, and English Muffin. Half came Home with me for Lunch or Dinner. My Friend had a HUGE Omelet, Hash Browns, and English Muffin. Half of her Plate was left. (She doesn't do Leftovers.)
